Initial appt: The usual optometrist was on vacation at the time, so filling-in for him was a very rude older optometrist who was running late for his appts. During the exam he was condescending each time I asked a question and even got argumentative. When I got my new lenses with his prescription, they were so bad I had to go back to wearing my old glasses and had to get another exam.Second appt: The resident optometrist was in the office for this exam. He was very brisk and aloof throughout the exam and when I questioned a possible change in my eyesight since the last exam, he told me not to overthink it and that the script I get today is correct.I sure hope it is correct this time, so I dont have to go back. I ask questions because I am naturally interested in understanding things... I expect to be treated with some courtesy.

Everyone was friendly, efficient. Place was clean and all wore masks. Not many people in the office. Dr. Mark is the best!!

The stafff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hahn spent time with me and explained what was being done. He answered any questions I had. I do not feel like I was being rushed in and out.

I ordered my glasses last Friday and paid $120 for them. Six days later they called me and said I owe another $41.

I choose glasses that to big for my face thought i liked them I dont I hate them too big for face but Im stuck with the now service and staff r the best

Ive been seeing Dr Hahn for over 5 years now. After going to a boutique office down the road who would not met my needs, Dr Hahn has exceeded them. I had tried to be fitted for contacts in the past and was told that thats the best they could do for me... Dr Hahn went through multiple contacts until he found what did work for me ! I have referred many friends to Dr Hahn and will continue to do so... he also has a friendly and knowledgeable staff... I now see 20/20 with comfortable contacts..

Eye doctor will rush you through the exam just to get to the upsell. Even personally walked me out to the highest priced frames. optometrist lost interest in me real quick when she realized I wasnt going for all the extra upgrades. Frames sat crooked on my face and the employee sounded like she was breaking them to get them adjusted. Prescription isnt right in the sunglasses pair either but Im not going back there. Will get them corrected elsewhere.

I recommend this place to everyone! The customer service is beyond exceptional!!! The ladies are so helpful in finding frames suitable for all and they do whatever they can do to give you multiple discounts. They are very friendly too and seem like they love their jobs. I enjoy coming here every time. Ive been coming for 4 years now!

I just have to tell you what a great experience we had in your store last week.Upon entering your store, Charity couldnt have been more friendly. She assisted us and then let us look for a bit. Upon asking for suggestions, Charity and Erica were very helpful to my 18 yr. old.I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had with your office.Receiving this email today also notates very efficient service in terms of receiving the glasses as well.I would highly recommend your office in the future due to our experience.Charity and Erica should be commended for their excellent customer service!

They checked my insurance and told me how much coverage I had. I chose frames that I was comfortable with in conjunction with my insurance. When I went to pick up my glasses 2 weeks after they were ready I was told I owed $160 dollars more (after I already paid over a $200 balance). They received an email 4 days ago stating they messed up on my insurance. I never received an apology for, phone call or anything for there mistake and wasnt able to take my glasses home until I paid. They also only knocked the slightly discounted glasses to $132.

My daughter and I went to this location. We waited for over 2 hours. Then the doctor decided to take a lunch in the middle of the appointment. I’m on oxygen. I ran out of air. I guess I needed to bring more than 2 tanks with me. Smh. Very poor customer service

I would avoid Bards Washington location. They have lost multiple apppintments, made mistakes on prescriptions and failed to return phone calls to resolve the prescription issue. In the end, it required three visits and over 5 hours of wait time to correct my contact prescription. The only recourse for their failure was a free visit for them to inspect the trial contacts they gave me.I will spend my money and time elsewhere.

Ive given this place too many chances and am disappointed every time I go here. I will not be returning. They will tell you the minimal amount of information on the phone to get you into their place of business, and when you get there they will then inform you that they cannot help you. I went in on a Tuesday after calling to see if I could get a new pair of glasses without an appointment, they said yes, and when I got there they informed me that they didnt have a doctor on that day. Why they didnt tell me that on the phone I have no idea, but this seems to be a common occurrence. I have two small children and it is not easy for me to make trips especially to get glasses. They did this again when I asked about contacts. I will not be returning and I would definitely recommend not going here

Worse pair of glasses Ive ever had, and Ive worn glasses for about 40 years. Constantly slid down (which after multiple adjustments and rubber earpieces resolved) and are miserable to clean with streaking (should not have gotten the antiglare coating).

Great staff and wonderful atmosphere.
