I visited for the first time this week. They were incredibly efficient and helpful. They even took my current glasses, which arent from their store, and fixed them so they will stop falling down my face. They sat with me and explained all the charges line by line. Great experience all around!

Dr. Suarez is the kindest eye doctor I have ever gone to! I felt completely relaxed with him! He is incredibly knowledgable and answered all questions I had. He, by far, has seriously been the best eye doctor I have ever seen in my life, and I have been going since I was in the 3rd grade! Ms. Patricia, who works at the front desk helped me get the best deal between my two insurances. She was incredibly kind and welcoming through the entire process! Lastly, Ms. Stephanie who helped me choose my glasses was just as fantastic! This is a great Vision Care Center, and I truly appreciate all the helped I received.

My wife and kids all have glasses / contacts. This place is awesome. It is a little pricey, which all of them are, but the customer service is great.

Dr Suarez spent so much time with me making sure I was given the correct contact lenses. I had been wearing the wrong prescription all along. For the first time I can see at a distance with no blurriness with my multi focal contacts. I have no stress now when driving. Thank you Dr Suarez!!!

Tried to get my prescription from them to get glasses from another place. First, they did not give me my glasses prescription but my contacts prescription. I went in again to get the correct one, and was given an expired prescription that also did not work. For a third time, I called them and gave them the fax number to fax the CORRECT prescription. Waited for an hour, never got it, tried to call more times and was not answered (they were open at the time) and ended up calling a different Vision Care.

Very nice doctor and extremely helpful staff. Overall a great experience.
