I scheduled an appointment almost a week ago because I have something stuck in my eye. They tried to get me in sooner but I had to wait until the following Monday because of my work schedule. So after suffering now for a week and a half I show for my appointment only to be told that my appointment was the following Monday which I know wasnt true. They obviously made a mistake but the snide loser at the counter acted like I am incapable of having a conversation and recording a date. So I was turned away in what is essentially am emergency situation due to a schedulers incompetence. Never going there again.

When they sent me a second appointment notice per email, they needed to explain why they changed my appointment from Sunday to Tuesday. After reading online about scheduling an appointment, I found they are closed now on Sundays. I could have saved numerous unanswered phone calls had they just said in the email they were changing my appointment from Sunday to Tuesday. They gave a lame excuse on the answering machine saying we can only answer a limited number of calls per day. Really?
I feel satisfied with the purchase & service of the staff while inside, however i was told last week i didnt have 2 wear Mask upon arriving was told that incorrect -Ive alry been w/o 1week of glasses(terrible vision) & have 2wait 2more weeks but to go in & made 2wear mask w asthma & anxiety is getting bad. The governor said if we have medical issue no mask were forced but niw 6MONTHS LATER were STILL being forced n some establishments? I realize not the business fault but they could of told me is point.
The manager here was very rude while I was not speaking to him decide to but in and tell me he has 17 years experience all because I was late 8 minutes and they said they had to reschedule so I just wanted a copy of my prescription to order new contacts because they are scheduling months out I have been wearing the same script for years. I will never go back my money spends anywhere and I do not have to tolerate people and their smart ways.
So...my first visit here was wonderful, like the best experience with an eye doctor. Next visit I get turned away, they are not booking anymore appointments and that I cant order any contacts and that theres nothing they can do for me and to go somewhere else. No one was rude, and the person was kinda nice about it but I still feel slighted.

My appointment to pick out glasses went well. Im very disappointed that I had to call to find out if my glasses were in cause it was going on 3 weeks and I hadnt heard anything. They were... not sure how long they were, I wasnt told that. Go in expecting someone to sit down with me and make sure I didnt need any adjustments, but the guy just handed them over and told me to call if I had an issues.... like I just spent 300 dollars on glasses, dont you think you should make sure I dont have issues before I walk out of here? Not impressed. The downtown(highmark bld) location is a drive, but Im willing to make it for the customer service.
Michael Wilson at the Washington location continually goes above and beyond for his customers. He is a valuable asset to that location, so much that myself and coworkers ask for his schedule before making an appointment there. I feel Michael should be the role model Visio works hoods there other employees to.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rudinsky for 10 years now. I drive 45 minutes away to see him since he moved from a local Sears that he used to be at. He is extremely thorough with his exams and a very nice man. I highly recommend him and trust his expertise when it comes to my vision.

The store staff are friendly and will assist you in finding glasses while also providing services. They have a nice 30 day guarantee (ask about it in store) or check out their online website. Take your time to find a nice pair you like and get good lenses as your eyes will thank you.

Visionworks is fantastic. They got me in the day I stopped in and I brought my family in the following day. Dr. Rudinsky was our doctor he was very thorough and kind. The young lady that helped me with my glasses was fantastic as well. She helped me get exactly what I needed at an affordable price. We definitely recommend Visionworks to everyone!!!
My wife and I had to have exams done and needed to get glasses, we were greeted at the door with friendly faces. Exams were done and Gena helped us with picking out the frames she was very helpful and kind and she helped us look amazing!
Staff is friendly and attentive. The opticians are knowledgeable about their products and always explain all your options for a complete set of glasses and never pushy about their sales. The doctors are kind and helpful.

This is the WORST place ever. After talking to 3 different people It’s 11am and I Just can’t never make it to the eye place as I work out of town and so I searched who did walk in and this place come up and I go in and they said they make me appointment for Monday bc nobody there to do vision testing this place is a joke!!! Never again. Wish I could give it a -10

It was my first time there, eye exam was awesome, everything was explained to me, the assistant helped me with choosing my eyeglasses, I had an overall excellent experience.
I had went to get new glasses with a script I had brought from a different eye doctor. They took it no problem, and for the most part they are super helpful on the upfront staff. I was just disappointed with the time frame that it took for my glasses to come in this time. Usually it’s done within a couple days. I know a promotion was happening so maybe that’s why it took so long. However, when I would check in to see if my glasses were there, they spelled or mispronounced my name a few times and couldn’t find them in the system. Maybe ask for ID?
Appointment was for 5 30 was taken to exams room 600 sat in the room until 635 Left at 645. Must have gotten 6 email numerous text messages reminding me about the appointment but could notlet me know they were running over a hour late. If you look at theirs frames for grown men they suck.go somewhere else to get your glasses

Most disorganized place I have ever been. I had an appointment reminder email and they said I didn’t have an appointment. Refused to see me even though it was their mistake. Tried to tell me I was wrong before finally blaming it on corporate issues. Stay away. No respect for patients time. As a doctor myself I would’ve worked the patient in somehow at my office. They lost my family of 7 patients.
