Poor service continues at UNION STATION MAC STORE. Like I barely walk in the store and was approached by the sale girl.. “um, I just want u to know we have a no touch policy” (smacks lips). “Ooh, and hello can I help u find something”. Like, little young lady “for real”? “ No I’m good, I’ll go to Sephora”.

I absolutely love this location. The staff and management are extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Good customer service by the two ladies who were on the floor.My assistant who was the shorter of the two with blonde hair was g re at and I also observed the other attendant anthecfloorvwho was also very professional

Most helpful and kind Mac store Ive been in. I was greeted and asked if I needed help within a short time of entering, even while everyone was busy. At other locations - I walk in, and some employees act like they dont see me, even when not helping other customers. Really appreciated the help I got. They were patient and got me all the samples I wanted and gave very informed explanations about the products I was choosing between. Will be coming back here instead of pentagon city now.

I Love it here last time I got my makeup done for the Beyoncé concert back in 2017 . The artists did a Wonderful Job!

The manager is awesome. She treated every customer as though they were the only ones in the store. She honors her staff and I watched how she treated them with respect. Her staff is as valuable to her as the customers. This made for a pleasant experience in her store. My makeover was dynamite. I received compliments all night. Dana, you rock. Keep up the good work.

I walked in rushed and frazzled, as I was late for a major event with a number of members of congress and dignitaries. I needed a look that was clean and sophisticated without being boring. Alex did a complete makeover in less than 30 minutes! Smokey eye, lashes, contour, foundation, eye brows, EVERYTHING!!! She is truly gifted and her personality is magnetic. I had so many compliments about my makeup from strangers and event attendees alike that night. She even stayed late to get me ready for my big event. She shared tips and techniques that I could use when doing my own makeup. Alex is now my makeup artist when I come to DC and I couldnt be any happier!

They were very acomidating I was a walkin and Dana was anle to do my make up for a gala i was attending that night and help almost every person that came in to the store. She did an amazing job I was very impressed

Yesterday I went into this Mac store to find a lipstick i saw in a magazine. The person that assisted me was named Jasmine. I showed Jasmine the picture and she said we dont have that but i will show you what we do have. She took it a step further and actually found the colors I was looking for and placed it on me. She did a wonderful job, however because I am pregnant my skin has blotches around my mouth that didt look right with the make-up. She said we have something for that too. Feeling a little weird because I dont know how to apply concealer she showed me how to do it and before I know it, the blemishes were gone. It was an over whelming experience. She helped me find another color I was looking for and gave me the most wonderful experience. Thank you Jasmine for enhancing the beauty that is already there!!!

Only had 2 employees working. Didnt see no manager around!Wasnt greeted when arrived or asked early on that they would get to my girlfriend or even ask if she need anything till LATER on!Wont come back and they would assist Caucasian customers immediately with a greeting!
