Had them out to repair our roller door in DC. The tech was really nice, but did not have the parts he would need. He got it working with a temporary fix. Promised to come back the following week and said the office will get in touch with me to schedule when the part came in. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and email, it is now 20 MONTHS and nothing. Now have to look for another option.

Applied for a job, was promised a rate and owner never replied back after agreement. Very unprofessional and waste of my time. Very poorly manner of their side.
