I dont know where these people are talking about. We had Costello do our front door. They came out and measured and we told them exactly what we wanted and they delivered.. it took time, but its hand made... some people are never happy.. I had my doubts...but we were very happy with the result.. A+

I am old school. I believe in doing a good job, standing behind what you do and I believe in exceptional customer service. I got none of this from Costello and even worse complete disrespect after spending well over $10,000 with them. We hired them to make doors in our brand new house, met them at the Pittsburgh Home Show. What we got was doors that took 3 times as long to make as we were told. Mistakes like the wrong hinges, holes and alignments that were crooked, poor workmanship and when we asked them to fix the mistakes we were ignored, treated poorly and spoken to disrespectfully. They stained a door the wrong color and then told me that they refuse to redo it. I have done a lot of home remodeling and dealt with many people in the area and never have I been so disappointed in a local vendor and treated with such disrespect. Avoid these people at all costs.

This company and these people are a nightmare to work with through the whole process, Then after I received my doors and paid the balance owed I had a couple issues with their work and could not get a return phone call and did not return text messages. This door company is the worst.
