Nice place to get your feed. I look at their clothes and just browse around when I go in. They keep the building clean and the staff is always helpful when I ask a question. There is good stock for most everything. I think the building used to be a Walmart, so definitely a lot of room. I would recommend them!

Nice store. Seems like they want to be like Atwoods. They need to pay attention to the registers better. Lines back up quickly, then they scramble to get a second checker. Its hard to look through the jeans wall. Sizes are all over the place, but they have a good selection. Stores are always clean. Usually the experience is good.

Pretty okay place I guess. I felt a little out of place, as I dont typically need farm stuff, but everyone was very polite. Also, they had a belt, so they had what I needed.

Great selection but no one was wanting to work there. Couldnt get help or find anyone working the floor. Very disappointed. You could hear them in the back somewhere like it was brake time for every one or party time.

As Gomer was wont to say, sa-prise, sa-prise!Excellent lighting, extremely well laid out, neat and clean. Somewhat different from other stores of this ilk. Pleasant cashiers and abundant inventory. A pleasure to shop.

Doesnt offer fire department discount furnace went out on a Friday not repairable till Monday or Tuesday. Foot of snow on the way and we were scrambling to heat apparatus, lady flat said nope! When I asked about helping us out with a discount.Good folks there!

Very clean and clearly marked restrooms. In some places it was difficult to match prices posted on the shelves with the actual items. Black Friday pricing on 27 gallon heavy duty storage containers cheaper at Lowes and the Sams regular price on this item also cheaper. However there is not a Sams within 40 miles of Washington. Good deals though on clearance clothing and other items.

The girl that waited on me was EXCELLENT. She was so helpful. She helped me with everything to raise baby chickens.

Just missed buying what I needed. Hopefully they will be replenished next week. I bought chocolate peanuts instead! 😋

Great help and service

Normal, Basic small city Orscheln store, they seemed well stocked with a limited supply of clothing and basic farm hardware however their selection of replacement trailer wheels, tires and parts was limited in scope and selection with some common wheels and tires not on the shelf (rack). Cashiers were very friendly and helpful, not so much with the male staff stocking the shelves and such. If it wasnt the only choice nearby I might not stop there.

I have always valued orschlens presents in this community although they are a little pricey their convenience and variety more than make up for the price differences. If your country boy like me and have never been to an orschlens you need to lasso your lady and lead her to the store you will both enjoy yourself

This is a place of business I have shopped at several times and I am usually disappointed in the service. The check out experience is usually not a pleasant one due to the unhappiness/attitude of the cashier. I would recommend the Pacific, Missouri location.

I dont usually post negative issues but my expertise is as follows; I called the small engine shop for a few parts for my zero turn mower. We discussed the parts and shipping time and they ordered the parts..... I was told I would be contacted when they arrive and that it should take about a week.... that was 3 1/2 weeks ago! I finally call them, I am asked if they can call me right back because of work volume, sure I say... Give my info and wait an HOUR!, call back again, they apologize but ask to call right back because its CRAZY!? in the shop. (Little does the gentleman know I work an overtime carrier and also run my own contractor company.....90+ hrs/wk..... now thats crazy in my book) I agree once again and I wait AGAIN AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! fed up I call one more time and finally in given a few minutes of their day. He looks for the parts and assures me they are in!😁 I cant get there before the small engine shop closes but am assured the manager will have access to the parts. I arrive, do some looking and request my parts... Give my name, number, part number and description! WHAT DO YOU KNOW! They cant find them anywhere, called the general manager, the shop manager and another employee with no luck. So I leave empty handed. TWO DAYS LATER! Im in the area and call ahead to make sure they have found them so i can pick up! Finally the big kicker.... The general manager informed me that the parts were just ordered YESTERDAY!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!! I WAS TOLD 2 DAYS AGO THEY WERE IN THE STORE!!!!!!! Shop manager says orders are placed Tuesdays and Thursdays...... Well buddy there has been about 6-7 of those order days between now and then!(Could nobody have the decency nor common sense to call and explain so maybe I can stop wasting my time! Youve got my info, Ive only given it to you about 9 times the past 4 days)FINALLY BOTTOM LINEDont waste your time with having the shop ordering your parts, they apparently have no time, common sense, corrective response, nor customer service. With you not being able to order a simple part and return a call I would hope you can work on a small engine! 40 HRS/WK doing your job..... NOW THAT WOULD BE CRAZY!!!!NEVER AGAIN!
