Dropped my ring off to get soldered and the day it was due back, I called them asking if it was done. My ring had come back but didn’t pass their inspection so they sent it back out. A week later it comes back and once again it didn’t pass inspection and it has to go back again! I am very disappointed! I’ll go elsewhere in the future.
We bought some earrings for valentines day and Ive had to take them back three times because no backs would stay in the earrings. And I took them back again and now they say we have to pay to get a screw back for them. I just wanted my money back after that. Ive almost lost them multiple times. Played to much money to be losing them, because they had absolutely no grip.
Whent in to buy a ruby ring and was not impressed by the sales persons knowledge. I thought the Manager was arrogant and could care less we bought a ring. We had a 600 dollar budget and was ready to buy and picked a ring out of a book but was unable to get a sale price. Manager said it would take 24 hours to get a price. We give our contact information and left. Drove over to a local store and spent 800 dollars because we had a sales person that was knowledgable and knew how to sell and treat customers. We bought a few years ago from K jewelers at another store and loved it. But one store can ruin it for you. Will not go back other than warranty on the ring we have.
Hands down the easiest jewelry store to do business with. They did not have what I was looking for but, Dillon did not hesitant to order in exactly what I was looking.
Dillon hooked us up with fine jewelry at a great value. The ladies are very cordial and most helpful. Buy your jewelry from Kay & get a warranty. You wont regret it.

I could not have had a better experience than I did at Kay Jewelers in Washington today! Every single one of the staff was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They really took the time to make sure I was getting a piece that I absolutely love. Honestly, they made me feel like family when I walked in the door. When I walked out, not only did I have the perfect piece, I also had clean jewelry and few new friends!

Brandon and Jake took great care of me shopping for Christmas gifts for my wife and daughters while they were in Target. They went so far as to wrap everything up and put it in plain brown boxes from the back so I could have them go unnoticed in my truck. Usually I hate buying jewelry but we had so much fun! Thanks guys!
Apparently the Kay Jewelry in Washington doesn’t need a working mans money . I walked in, not one greeting from any of the 3 sales associates. Then I was passed on not once but twice for some sharper dressed retired aged folks . I was fully prepared to buy my wife a new set of 1 caret diamond earrings, for our 22 year wedding anniversary. They will never receive one dime of my money .
Brandon is exceptionally helpful and has excellent taste in helping me pick out a ring. He also cleaned the rest of my jewelry while I was shopping. Very impressed with the service!

My husband bought my ring at Kay (different one in the city) and they did not register it so now I cant get warranty. There was a wear spot on the prong because of improper labor. Because the warranty is not possible I had to pay for it to be rhodium plated. It wore off after two weeks. I dont wear it in the shower, I dont wear it when I use cleaning products. So I had to pay for it again. I purchased my wedding band from the Washington store, and then had them solder my engagement ring and wedding band together before my wedding. I also paid for them to put a new head on there to eliminate the prong problem. The soldering job is terrible, it is completely lopsided. I thought they changed out the head, but it turns out they rhodium-plated it again and made me pay for the new head, which is more expensive. Now I have to go back in there, return my ring for two weeks, and hope that they get it right this time. This will be the last time I go to any Kay Jewelers store. So frustrated!
Katie saw us right away, and was there to help. We were just there to dream shop, but after our experience with her, it just felt like the right time, the right place, and the perfect rings! She learned a lot about us in a short time, and she felt like family! Not pushy, not presumptive, not your typical sales pitches. Just friendly. We enjoyed our experience with her so much, we made sure Katie was the first person we told when he proposed to me. Thanks Beka and Jason, you definitely hired the right person for this job!
Tried to celebrate our 50th anniversary with the purchase of a nice ring for my wife. Long story short, could not have had a worst experience. Credit card charged twice and then the only way we could get issue resolved was to return ring. So now my wife has no ring. How sad for you Kay Jewelers.
Procrastination got the best of me this year. I waited until the last minute to find my wife something for Christmas. I was headed to Target in panic mode when I noticed Kay Jewelry was open. My wife loves jewelry but I had NO idea what to get her. The wonderful ladies in the store took me to EVERY case and helped me find the right one. They even took the time to wrap it up with bow. They literally saved my a** this Christmas! Thank you guys SO much!
We bought our 20th anniversary ring from here. Everyone was so nice, and helpful.Emerald is the the stone for that year. Loved it! Had it resized to fit my right hand. Unlucky for me it slipped off of my finger at work. Had it 4 months :(We looked everywhere for it at work.I would buy from you again.
Had a good experience while shopping with them but every single time I try to call the Washington Missouri location they never answer the phone and there’s no voicemail. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Jake has helped us out above and beyond any time we have visited the Washington store. He makes our visits easy and unstressful which is very much appreciated. Favorite store!

I went to kay for a ring for my girlfriend. I was nervus about going into a jewelery store. Were a new family so we don’t have a lot of money but they were really nice and they found me a nice ring at a good price. Five stars

I always have a great experience when I come in. They are very fast about getting your jewelry back. They always say two weeks but usually it just takes about one.
I have been going to the washington kay store 2-3 times a year for 3 years now and have dealt with jake for the past two he is an awesome associat at this branch and has never pressured me into a sale or a higher one. He always goes above and beyound to make it relaxing when your dropping any of ur hard earned money. This store by Its self gets a 5 star from me the reason I gave a 4 is becuse of home office and they do not seem to sharp at times. Maybe get more workers like the washington staff at home office and they could beat shane companies rep
Your web site states opening at 10:00 am and didn’t open till 11:00 am. If you are not doing inspections until mid August you should state that on your web site. Individuals drive a long way to get this done.
Wasn’t looking forward to Christmas shoping but it was fun with them. Will visit in the future. Thanx Kay employees!
