Bought a vape. Tried to return 2 hours later unused, still in the box in same condition I purchased it in after I was able to fix my own vape. They wouldn’t refund my money unless something was wrong with it. Don’t go here.

Have been going to this shop for a long time, watched them grow the owners are still the same people I met on day one. They have an extensive variety of juice and devices. Even when I worked for another shop I continued to go here.. love this place and love all the glass art and tapestries that they carry, and if you are a lover of music you might end up there all day.

I dropped my vape from my truck onto the asphalt and into a puddle. So, this gave me a perfect reason to buy a new one and visit EC. Id read the reviews and wanted to stop in but hadnt made time, yet.Well, there I was, reeking of (bleh) cigarettes from trying to get my nicotine fix. Randy greeted me and I quickly told him of my incident. Through our collaboration, I settled on a great mod, tank, extra set of batteries, a pack of coils, and a new (to me) juice.Randy was easy to converse with, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, I never would have believed a retail store had such reasonable prices. Very competitive.I rarely give 5 stars, but I feel it is deserved in this case. Cheers to EC Vape!!!

Loyal customer for life. Ive been purchasing smoke and vape accessories from Adam for over a decade now, and as long as hes in business he can count on me for a coustomer. I would like to see some nice hookahs and an extensive assortment of premium shisha. They may already sell it Im not sure I wasnt really looking. But knowing Mr. Watts hes probably quite knowledgeable on that subject as well. And they got a sweet customer loyalty program so Im always getting a discount.

Best vape store around I think. Went by in the daytime and the guy there was the fantastic.I thought I needed a new tank or something because my battery wasnt firing. But he figuredout that I just had the wrong coils in the tank for my battery. Really nice. He saved me a lot of money.

Very close to my house. They have very good prices and a wide selection of custom and brand names from coils and juice to hand made mods and starter kits.

Their website says that they sample, but when we get there, they only have 2 to sample. False advertising if you ask me. Plus their prices were kinda high. Unnecessarily loud music going the whole time we were there also. Not bad selection though.

Favorite place in DFW. Another vape store sold me a couple mech mods but told me to come here to find out which batteries I should use. lol. They setup both of my new mods for me for no cost and were very helpful. They also carry the e-juice brands I like and good high amperage batteries. Hard to trust a lot of sellers batteries these days.

I bought a vape 2 days ago and took it back yesterday because I started getting the juice in my mouth they gave me a new pod, today it is doing the same thing so I took it back, the owner said he can not exchange it because it is not defective, I would say getting mouthfuls of juice is defective but thanks won’t be back waste of money.
