Good customer service with Excellent car service that deserves 5 stars in my book all day every day

Great place to go!! I went early on a Saturday afternoon and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! The mechanics are all very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!!

They all right They were awesome,they do vacuum cleaning no more,clean windows, check tire pressure,but there is Official and the service still pretty good and fast

I cant rate their actual services offered because Im so poor I actually still change my own oil, oil filter and air filter. I do these every two thousand miles in my best attempt to keep my vehicles running forever because I cant afford a new one. I go to jiffy lube because they are kind enough to take my used oil, oil filter and coolant. Im sure they make money off it and thats ok because I keep the environment clean so its a win win and Im very grateful. Jiffy lube is great that way. God bless.

Filled coolant overflow too much and it spilled over once hotOn next lube sticker, wrote 278000 miles instead of 248000 milesMakes me wonderc if they put the oil ipaid for!!!???!!!

The crew at Jiffy Lube were amazing! Ive had service there before and each experience was great. The Manager and staff are awesome. I walked right in and they took care of my Car. They were done super quick. Happy I decided to go there again.

They were quick! Mike was friendly, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure I was all set after a friend botched my oil change. He didnt even charge me to diagnose. What a gem! Ill always get maintenance there now.

Not only did Roy help me immensely, he went through every detail on what should be changed on my car and whet through what each part was. He stayed an extra few minutes after close just to go over what was changed and what I should keep an eye on next time Im ever having trouble with my car.Great service. So kind and professional. They never discussed a price then presented themselves as doing a favor by knocking off 3 or 4bucks...

I went here for the first time after 4:30 p.m. on a Friday for an oil change. Charlie noticed right away that I had pulled up in front of a bay where he was working on a vehicle and waved me over. He was very friendly without being too sugary or phony, introduced himself and told me to go inside and see Michael. Michael was also friendly and conversational. They explained what they were going to do and why (showed me the dirty air filter to prove it needed replacing), gave me adiscount for the coupon I had printed off but left at work without making me find it on my phone and even mentioned the light that needed replacing I could just pick up on my own and not necessarily pay them to do it. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in 5,000 miles!

Theyre great here! 2nd time here and my experience was just as great as the first! Customer service with these 3 guys is great! I definitely reccomend to anyone.

The best ever. I have been coming here since 2012. Fast, accurate, courteous and down to Earth. Clean bathrooms,vacuumed the car and found my diamond earring in the car one time. Very knowledgable. I can go on and on... I moved back to NY and still here I am fiting my oil change and tune up in while passing by to Springfield.

Always with the hard sell.. that is my problem with these places. I came for an oil change and of course my car was recommended for a 250 dollar transmission service... as was everyone elses why I was there. But service was fast.

$50 to change a cabin filter ! unbelievable. The filter costs $9 and open glove box, pull out old one, slide in new ! But they want $50 for that ?

The new people that work there are very rude I miss the old people that used to work there I got a oil change last month and if you get a oil change they clean your car and they didnt clean mine car so I was really mad at that its not the same anymore jiffy lube was the only place I trusted and now because of the rude guys and apparently dont no how to do their Jobs I will never go there again

This happened in Sept., 2016. My mechanic just change the shiftier cable on my Suburban. I thought to go to the Jiffy lube to have a transmission service. It took longer than usual, a 2 hours wait. While driving home, the shiftier was very loose. Call back to ask why. Was told it was loose when it came in. It was very tight before the service. Took back to my mechanic. Was told they broke my cable. Was using duck tape and glue to put it back together. My mechanic told me that I could have been stuck on the road. I know why it took 2 hours, they were waiting for the glue to dry. Totally irresponsible.
