Great guys .. fast service .. love my tires

Made an appointment for 4 new tires. I was here on time. Waited 20 min for them to pull my car in. Waiting room has an overrun garbage can next to the seat.

After having a bad experience with the PepBoys down the road, it was nice to have people that were professional and friendly. They gave me realistic estimates on how long it was going to take and get a great job.

I do all the car maintenance that I can because I dont like shops messing with my cars. This is the first time that I have been put at ease with a shop. I have been there for an alignment, a tire replacement and the service has been great both times.

First time there gentleman named Mike was extremely helpful got my first oil changed there I will be returning to have other work done on the car I applied for the Firestone card and hope to hear positive results so that I can use it for future use at that particular garage on Wolcott Street in Waterbury Connecticut

Says there open till six but they won’t help you past 5. Went here for a quick rim swap and they said there one tech punched out already. If your in a pinch and need to go somewhere before they close go somewhere else.

So I went there last week to get the tires rotated on my truck. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning. I went to pick it up at 2. When I pulled out on wolcott st my truck was swerving all over the road. I pulled into a busines parking lot. I checked the lug nuts and all of them were ONLY HAND TIGHT... could of caused a major accident or severely hurt someone. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!

First time there, they gained a new customer. The guy at the front, I don’t know his name but he speaks Spanish; super nice, laid back even when he was dealing with a moron before me. I appreciate you guys, stay blessed and safe!

First time and last one took it to do a wheel alignment they told a had to change my wheel bearing and both ball joint first before they could do my wheel alignment it was going to cost over 1200 they only want to take your money took it to a different location that some day and they did it with no problem ask them of everything was find they told me yes and had it done for 65 dollars

Went there for an oil change. Took not even 20 minutes but paying for the service, the service writer was very rude to me!

I needed a headlight changed so I made an appointment. They got me in the same day and in a timely manner.After a courtesy check, it turns out I needed a lot of bulbs changed. They didnt have one of the ones I needed but while they were working on my car, someone else went out to get the right bulb so they could finish up and have me on my way as soon as possible. Everyone was pleasant and happy. They made sure I knew they didnt forget me and kept me updated the entire time.

This place is a scam. I went to have my brakes looked at and they told me it was the caliber. It was damaged and I shouldnt drive with it like that and they couldnt replace my brakes without replacing it. I had someone else look it and my caliber is fine and I got my breaks replaced and now my car doesnt sound like its going to split in half. Im so mad with this place, I feel like they lied to get money out of me because my brakes are under warranty. Im never returning

I walked in with a flat my tire is non reparable.... I went to good year and they fixed it right away.. no issues. Firestone tried to charge me $110 plus tax without trying to help me find a solution.... good luck no wonder I never go there only reason I tried it was because only place open led but the wait was worth it.

I went for tires and alignment. My truck has alignment in there before and all of the sudden my truck don’t fit on the bay. Also I ask for my spare tire to be changed and they said they can’t get it out. (Took me two minutes to get it out). If they dont want to do the job just said it don’t go around. I have to travel to Bristol to get the alignment.

A+ got a balance and rotation for my tires. Totally professional and were straight up and telling me the vehicle was in good shape and probably didnt need it. Some shops create and exaggerated things into problems, as you may know.

Garage had a pounded schedule for the weekend because 1. Sudden winter storm hit 2. Current 3-4 (?) day sale was driving more business. I live 8mins away; Mark called me before closing offering to squeeze me in to mount a new set of tires on Friday night. This work includes a free alignment check. I offered to come back one day during the week so they could get out on time. That was the plan, Mark was good with it. A bit later, I hadnt realized we went beyond closing time. The team offered to still check the alignment. I didnt want to keep them, but they insisted it was not a problem. The car was there; this is what they do to help folks. Got it on the lift and found the alignment badly out. They offered to fix it. Again, I didnt want to keep them like that. Mark sweetened the deal and offered again. It was my turn to offer... to get them a pizza! But they wouldnt bite (guess they already had one they didnt finish - LOL). They did the alignment and took care of one other small item. The fellas were extremely accommodating and happy to do it. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! Thats good old fashioned customer service you just dont see today. I was really taken aback. Which means Ill BE back when the time warrants. Not for freebies... but for the positive attitude and service mentality. Firestone: Invest in these guys and help them grow. They are worth it!

Was very pleased with the service I received here on a busy Friday afternoon. Manager Mark Taijman got my car in and out in a very timely manner, explaining exactly what the problem was and the process to fix the issue with the tires I had purchased at this store over a year ago. Tech Phyae did thorough, efficient work on all rims to provide a better seal. My only concern - get some new furniture in the waiting area! The couch was so old and soiled I stood the entire time - Goodwill would reject that stuff!! I would recommend this store.

I mentioned my AAA discount which is $50 off and they went out of their way to find a coupon for me which gave me $100 off. My car was towed here around 7 pm because my alternator broke down and they had my car ready by 1030 the next morning. Really happy with the speed and service.

I had no complaints before my recent visit besides the extremely long wait times and overpriced service they were fast.I went 2 weeks ago to purchase tires that cost me almost $1000. Upon leaving the lot I noticed a clugging noise. I don’t drive very often so I didn’t notice it again till a few days later.I bring it to the shop & was told the person who installed these new tires didn’t screw the nuts in all the way & my children & I could of crashed & died!Not only did they not screw the nuts in but by not doing so damaged my rim & I had to purchase a whole new rim !The manager Juan argued back & forth with me about the time frame of when I bought the tire & when I brought it to get looked at. I said I would show proof of the mileage it currently has & they can see on their computer the mileage I left their shop with. Probably a 20 mile difference because I don’t drive a lot. They are a joke I’m seeking higher authority.

Had a problem with engine stalling out. Not only they did fix the problem, they helped me understand what was wrong. Bob was very informational and very helpful. I’ll be taking my car back there.

I had a flat tire at 5:30 am. Got towed to Firestone at 6:45, they immediately fixed tire and I was able to continue my job as LYFT driver. Wolcott st, waterbury ct.

Im tired of this place already. They always overbook. Appointment times arent honored. Whats the point of an appointment if you arrive on time, and they pull your car in 40 minutes later?? Spent 2 1/2 hours in there for an alignment and change two tires for snow tires.

They tried charging me $800 for $250 service. I took my car elsewhere had it fixed and its all good. They told me I needed way more services than my car actually needed. Plus they charged $100 just to plug in the diagnostic. Horrible. Will never go again.

I called and spoke to the manager Eric on cyber Monday and was quoted tires around the same price as the rest of the tire sales outlets, pep-boys, town-fair, and Joes. Once i got to the location I waited over 3 hours before they even got to my truck. Once on the lift i was told I needed more work and they needed to order a special tool. They kept my truck over night and i was not able to get anything out of it. The next day it took till they dropped off my car to me at 6:30pm a total of 31 hours for just new tires. They tires i was quoted became out of stock and instead of asking or talking to me they put more expensive ones on driving up the original quote of 500 mounted balanced and out the door. The fine coast was 1029.00 for 4 new tires mounted balanced. In the mean time i was told I needed breaks, rotors and calipers and quoted 1500.00 including a system flush of over 100.00 was included. I was told they where going to keep my truck till the breaks where done do to a safety issue. I told him i was just going to up the truck up for-sale because i was in over my head in costs. Hence the reason the manager drove it to my house. I lied of course to get my truck back and I drove in fear all winter that i very little breaks and they could go at anytime. Once income tax came i took my truck to another place to have the work done and everything was practically new. Again another lie and strong arm tactics to get the work done when it wasnt needed. During the time my truck was in fire-stones possession my wallet, money and prepaid gift cards where taken. My jumper cables where also take as well as a pack of cigs and a scratch lotto ticket. I was robbed by this place and nothing was done about it. They broke many laws and committed crimes. They blackmailed me in a way to try to get work done that wasnt needed. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this place.

We went for new 4 all season tires at first glance Ray told us we needed 2 but after inspection we needed 3. I took about an hour to have our new tires installed. Ray was our sales advisor and Phyae was our technician, they were both very friendly.

The staff are extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. The customer service is outstanding!

I bought 4 new tires from firestone one of them went flat in 3 weeks due to a manufacturers defect. I spent two hours putting the donut on the car, to take it directly to Firestone for them to tell me theyre too busy to look at it. Horrible customer service. It was toward the end of the day, but they had plenty of time to at least look at it.

I have to go back soon; problem still there on way home. Will go back week, when i go back to Job Lot area Rubb0s body shop.

Firestone in Waterbury gave their all in diagnosing and repairing my truck. They even took extra strides to protect it by keeping it inside over night. Thanks Firestone!!

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY FIRESTONE. Firestone bent my rear subframe during an alignment. I told them not to touch the rear of the car, as I just replaced some parts in the front and that is all that I wanted to be touched. They ended up brake a bolt on my rear tow arm. The mechanic than torched my rear subframe in attempt to get the bolt out. I have before and after photos of the damage done. I even have a video of the mechanic torching the rear subframe. And now my car will not align properly due to the damage. I filed a claim in November and now in February (after being told in January that my claim was approved) they have denied that they damaged my car. This is going to cost me $4,000 to get fixed. I get most of my work done by a European car specialist, but got the forever alignment with Firestone so I can get my alignment checked before car shows etc. I am honestly in shock with how I have been treated. The claims department sucks at getting back to people. I have never ever ever had such a bad experience with a company...EVER. Now I have all of that money gone as I will NEVER take my car back to any Firestone ever again. Save your self the hassle, go to a different shop. I PROMISE, you will not regret it. I would give them a 0 star review if possible.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever! The rude store manager Eric B., his obnoxious minion James C. and their poorly trained technician Dennis do not know what the word customer service should entail. They obviously do not know what they are doing, did a half ass job with car which caused it to break down. They dont want to be held liable for their mistakes and at all cost are trying their best to cover their asses. They are rude, overbearing, sexist, macho, narcissistic pigs. They try to take advantage of all their customers especially their female customers and have absolutely no regard for customers that are nice and loyal and only ask questions to know what is going on with their car. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever! EVERYONE BEWARE FIRESTONE IN WATERBURY, CT EMPLOYS CROOKED SEXIST THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!! I usually get my vehicle serviced here. Work service is Not bad but everytime i go theres new mechanics there. Y? I couldnt tell you. But just dont get a diagnostic for 100. If you know what the problem is your better off. Because they add that to your bill. And wont take the price off even if you let them fix it. Theres other places i found that if they do a diagnostic they will take that price off your bill if you get it fixed with them.

These guys were the only shop willing to help and look into the problem with my vehicle. I called all the other shops in the area too. They fixed the problem and were very helpful.

I always take my car here for oil changes but this time Brandon the service manger of the store try to up a sale over 1,200 on my brand new car. He stated my shocks were bad and needed to be repaired. I got a second opinion with Ford with an MPI and they didn’t get the same results. They are money hungry and will try to get over women and elderly people.

When presented with a mess up they accepted responsibly and corrected it with no charge. Prompt service and very polite staff.

Never have your vehicle serviced at this location unless you want things stolen out of your vehicle. Everyone knows to take cds and loose change out of your car anytime you have it serviced but what kind of place claims to be professional and have integrity when they uninstall and steal your subwoofer and amplifier while your vehicle is being serviced? They even stole a pack of gum, a quart of power steering fluid, and my USB cord! If I could have given this location no stars I would have. To make matters worse, management could clearly see that I was robbed but neither them nor their corporate office is willing to reimburse me or replace my stolen items. But you can bet your bottom dollar that they wanted me to pay for their terrible service. I did some asking around and come to find out, other people have been robbed at this location. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your car worked on.

Took my vehicle there for a inspection because of a vibration after 40 mph they call me back after 15 minutes to do a deeply check that my check engine light was on and off I’ve never had the check engine light on and now when i turn on my car now the check engine light is On and the vibration is as soon as i turn the car on they gave me a paper telling me to get the car to a dealership to be fixed
