If I can give this location a 0 I would. I had to call three times to verify my order would be delivered. Called on the same day for the employee not to know where my order is when verified on Saturday. I will never order from this location again!!!! Poor customer service and o totally understand it’s Covid but the lack of customer service was horrible.

I purchased a edible arrangement on line. Upgraded to add more fruits. When I came to pick up my order, I spotted a bigger arrangement behind the glass door and wanted to purchase it as well. The guy at the register offer me to buy a set flowers for 40$. Since it was very expensive and I said “no” he offered me to buy 2 sets for 40$. When I came home around 6 pm after the purchase, I placed flowers in the vase and fruits in the refrigerator. This morning the fruits are saggy and the flowers are dead. I called 3 times to speak with a manager and 6 hours later he still didn’t return my call! Very bad customer service! I will file complaint with the abetted Business buro

Wanted to send my son and my very good daughter-law a fruits and vegetables that was available on the web but when I went to order they said they no longer carried it so after being disappointed I ordered a very good friend the fruit basket for 2 and she said it was good. The gentlemen who help me was very attentive and helpful and wanted to please me in ordering. So far, business with them has not been bad

I have to say the customer service in waterbury is horrible i get an attitude from angela everytime i call there and its unnecessary.

I received an arrangement from my boyfriend a few weeks ago. The fruit was spoiled, there was actual mold on the fruit . I called to complain and they were nice enough to send a small arrangement out to compensate for the spoiled fruit, unfortunately the melon turned sour after 3 days. Not sure if they have different suppliers or business is slow due to the pandemic and the fruit just sits. Dont know what has happened, Edible Arrangements used to be great, now they are mediocre at best.

I ordered an arrangement that got delivered end of the special day and was missing key parts and the fruit was not edible or fresh. Now understand, I have been ordering from Edible for 3-5 years regularly.I ordered this from a local store. The order was sent from a store I did not order from. I called to complain and they said they could send a replacement the next day. It would not matter as the event day would be over. I asked for a refund. I was told the owner would call back. He never did. I called 4 times and was told each time he would call back. He never did. I then disputed the charge with my bank.The owner lied in a sworn affidavit that they delivered a replacement. They did not. I have cameras to prove that.I cannot believe that a business that should be built on customer service has none. I cant believe they can stay in business making people unhappy, one delivery at a time! You should be ashamed of yourselves.Buyer beware, if I could have given zero stars I would have.

The fruit was extreamly fresh and looked stunning. My wife couldnt stop talking about it. You made a customer for life. Great store and highly recommended.

Id give it 0 if I could. A bunch of liars and cheats. Were supposed to deliver it for 5pm, they showed up at 12:45 when I wasnt there. THEN CALLED ME WITH ATTITUDE about not being there even though they were there 5 hours too early. They were supposed to deliver it the next day and did not because of a lack of delivery guys. Terrible and disgusting service for 85$? Are you kidding me? NEVER BUY FROM HERE

Ordered from them, said product was delivered when nothing was. Tried calling them. No answer. So not only did they take my money, they said something was delivered but nothing was and I cannot get in contact with anyone over the phone. No customer service to resolve this matter.

Placed order two days in advance for their signature strawberry box with 12 strawberries and my recipient got a heart shaped box with only 10 strawberries. Contacted store through email because business hours were over, delivery didn’t get to house till 5:00pm. it’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing back, email stated I’d be called within 48hrs. I’m frustrated because I stayed order well in advance and if they were unable to deliver correct goods, why not call and inform customer. This was a birthday gift for a friend! Not a romantic gesture to have them give her a heart shaped box. I’ve used other locations for delivery and never had an issue. Their arrangements and delivery fee are not cheap and I just expect what is ordered to be delivered.

Extremely dissapointing with the chocolate covered strawberries. They were not fresh at all. In fact they were covered in mold in less than 36 hours. Have never had this problem at other locations.

This was my first time using this company. I wanted to surprise my fiancé at work but they didn’t come on time . I had to ruin this surprise because I had to ask her if she got them or not. I will never use this company again. The customer service was rude as well. Thanks for messing up my valentines.

This location has terrible delivery and customer service.The driver could not follow simple instructions and decided to leave without notice.Had to go pick up the order, the store is 2 min away by car and the manager refused to reimburse the delivery fee of 15.00.Will not order from here again.
