I brought my computer in for repair and not only was the repair much cheaper than what I was expecting, it was done in a matter of a few hours. I would highly recommend this shop for any repairs you may need

I regret sending my stuff to this place,only if I knew now Im trying to get my stuff back theyre ignoring my calls yet online it shows they open.Definitely not a 4-5 ⭐ business I highly dont recommend this place.

Really good store. They have all the necessary equipment and software in order to troubleshoot your problems and are able to quickly fix them.Ive spent over a month and half trying to get my new PC build working, been to 2 different PC repair shops in the Waterbury area before I brought my PC to Acr. They took less than a week for me to get my PC back and in working condition. They even went above and beyond and made the inside of the PC case look pretty and organized.They know their stuff and provide good customer service, I will recommend this store to anyone with PC/laptop or phone issues.

I cracked the screen on my surface Pro and called at least five other computer repair shops for a quote. This is the only place that would even give me a quote because the repair for a screen on a surface is so time-consuming to fix No one else could be bothered with it. Professional, meticulous, and great customer service. I wont be going anywhere else as long as they are around.

These guys are the best. Friendly extremely speedy service, and they applied my diagnostic fee to the reasonable repair cost. They definitely seem honest, competent and professional.

Why I love these folks - 1) Great customer service and friendly interaction. 2) On occasion they have not charged me any fee if they could find nothing wrong with the computer that I brought in to them! 3) Excellent repairs and installations on all kinds of computers. 4) They work very quickly, and try to have the item back in the customers hands ASAP!. 5) Reasonable prices for quality work. These guys did a great job in a matter of couple of hours. Had to replace a DC jack on my notebook in a bind and they came through. A little bit pricey but totally worth it if you have a high end laptop.

I had a broken screen on my dell inspiron computer I was confused about where I could get it serviced. I was told about this great place called Acr computers, the service was fast and its prices were great they come highly recommended.

So I had a really expensive PC that was acting weird. we have brought it to the places that made it (Sand Tech in Prospect) and all they did was fix one USB 2.0, never put something to operate USB 3.0 so only one USB worked, headphone jack didnt work, and would have millions of viruses. But then I brought my computer to this place and he fixed everything but it does crash sometimes but would recommend bringing your old computer here.

Whenever I need a part I always go to ACR. Yes I could order what I need online, but its not as convenient as getting it locally. plus if theres a problem I can get it taken care of in minutes rather then weeks.PROS: they always seem to have the odd part I need. If I have a problem I cant fix, they usually have the solution.CONS: They moved from 649 West Main to 3356 East Main...not really a bad thing. They arent open at 1 am when I usually end up needing a part.

While working at coco key water resort hotel and convention center, I had been doing some work on my laptop. It was really slow and aggravating trying to do anything. I drive by ACR on my way home and decided to stop in to see if they could fix my laptop. The lady there said they would do a diagnostic then call me with a price to fix it. They called a few hours later, they informed me I had a few viruses and a lot of malware, spyware. I asked them to fix it as fast as they could. Tyler called me the next morning and said it was all set. I picked it up during lunch. Talk about fast, its like brand new. Thank you ACR and Tyler!

ACR was able to repair my laptop when the Staples techs had been unable. They have done several small jobs for me and I have always been satisfied with the price and outcome.

While i was working on a paper for class, the screen went black. i thought the laptop just went to sleep, but no matter what i did, i just could not get the screen back. a friend told me to go to acr computers they can probably fix it. i called to see if they were open, they were, i tried to explain my problem to see if they could fix it, and i told them i needed it done fast so i could finish my paper. the lady said to bring it down. i brought the laptop, forgot to bring my adapter, they said no problem. they had one that worked. saved me from having to go get mine. i explained that i needed it fixed right away, and told them i was working on my paper. the lady said ok come back in 1 hour. i told her i could just wait. they offered me a stool to sit while i wait. the techguy was working on 3 or 4 other computers when they gave him my laptop. i was thinking i would have to wait all day till he got to mine. i was wrong, he started testing things on the laptop. after about 10 minutes he took the screen out and connected a new one. then i saw it light up, screen was working great. it was not cheap but it was worth every penny i paid. if i ever have a problem again i wont hesitate to go back to acr. they saved the day. thanx acr techguy

Worst computer shop in waterbury, i wont even bother writing the long review of story i can type up over this past summer of transaction with ACR computers.

Bad Experience, Over priced computer repair service, I wouldnt recommend even to my worst enemy, No Good, Look somewhere else for your repairs.

I put my laptop to fix and the price they ask for fix I can buy new one. So crazy I told I dont wanna fix the put the price down. And still to much. No recommended.
