I love this place been with them for years they get the best managers in this location Anthony and Angel and the girl who was manager before a few years ago best management they ever had Angel the manager now he is the best cares about his loyal customers 🙌🏽

Rent a center is... well lemme say... they will call you at 10am, the day the payment is due... borders on harassment... I’ve been trying to get my payment date changed for months... one of the employees screamed a me over the phone, very rude and disrespectful... I’ve had good experiences here yes, but the bad outweighs the good, once I’m done paying my item off, I will not purchase from here again... good luck at the Waterbury locations

This rent a center is absolutely amazing the staff are always welcoming it’s more like your family than a customer..pay your payments on time and they work with you the prices are good and catch them when they have deals so you can pay less and also helps with your credit thank you rent a center employees for being so wonderful

Super rude and have no customer service at all . They tried tell me I had a payment when I just paid last week and set up for every 2 weeks. Then guy tried to tell me I was late paying it last week when i paid it early.. then he just hung up on me.... this second time Ive been talked to like Im a jerk..definitely not happy and will be making a complaint.

Fabulous just fabulous

Absolute worst people ever. After Spending $5k wit them and get down to 5 remaining payments,and after being only a few days late they called my job and embarrassed me and went to my apartment complex and embarrassed me there too, literally after spending about 5,000$ and getting down to my last couple payments...Worst customer service worst place to go...STAY AWAY !!!!

People keep hitting on my man but they have good deala

Probably the worst place ever. The employees will stand there and talk garbage about you if they think you wont understand them in a different language. Then when confronted, the manager will stand there and defend them. Super rude and unprofessional.
