Really great store. Ive been to other Costcos and this one just seems much bigger than average...its huge. Great selection to choose from too. Two things I really like about this place are how easy it is to exit the lot, and how coordinated parking areas are with one-way arrows. Some Costcos only have one way in and out, which leads to mini traffic jams, and the lots are a free for all when people are trying to park (leading to further jams). This place is just orderly and easy to navigate by comparison. Would definitely recommend going here.

This place is great. Huge selection like what you would expect from any typical costco. Likes are not too long, and there was plenty of staff on the floor available to help. Customer service will take a return in any condition for any reason.

Busy on the weekend. Prices are good only if you are buying for 4 or filling a freezer. Otherwise shop specials at your local store. We joined to buy hearing aids, waited 6 weeks to get the appointment.

Always have lots in stock and staff is happy to answer questions or lend a hand excellent cuts of meat you can really taste the quality

Was in town visiting from New York State,my first time here, Simply Amazing, I bought myself some warm clothes, Winters coming! Burrr

My husband went into Costco last week and bought me two dozen of yellow roses. It was a great surprise.I put the food in the vase,, cut them back and took the leaves off that hit the water. Four days later they were all dead. Very disappointing. I love Costco but I would think about buying flowers there again.

The employees here are so wonderful, kind and respectful. Costco should be proud. They are always so helpful and kind. The woman at the door that checks the receipts drew a bunny for my 4 year old on the back of our receipt, such a sweet woman, little things like that go a long way!!

Just ran into grab some tequila. I think Kirkland tequila is the same as 1800. One really cool thing that I did not know until I talk to a neighbor is that you dont need a card to purchase liquor. Service is great price is fantastic.

Excellent place to go and shop your grocery. I do believe that the state of Connecticut is the best with safety when it comes to covid-19 prevention. The staff at Costco cleans you cart to shop. Visit Costco Byam Road. I got my daughter the gaming set. Check it out, beautiful!

Always packed. Good for big families. Good court is good. Big slice of pizza for like two bucks. Good customer service.

Terribly disappointing. I was overcharged on a sale item. Unfortunately it was rung up as a different flavor by mistake. Only one flavor was on sale. The woman did not want to give me my refund because of this. Finally after getting the manager involved was I given my stinkin $3 refund. They made me feel like a criminal!

This rating is for the Tire shop. And it would be a one star if not for Bobby. When I arrived I was early. They tell you to be 15min early and I was 30 min. early. I dont think that deserves an attitude. I dealt with 4 people besides Bobby and not one of them was friendly at all. They werent rude but it was as if I were bothering them. Bobby, was friendly and went out of his way pulling my car back into the bay because it was pouring and then helped me empty my cart. He couldnt have been nicer! Thanks Bobby!

Costco is clean and neatly maintained.social distancing properly followed .Better product availability at a reasonable price.

I love Costco so much that, in my opinion, no issue is big enough to give it less than 5 stars. We do most of our shopping here and it helps that we have a big deep freeze in the basement as everything comes in huge quantities. We definitely save money in the long run, though. I always buy Kirkland (Costco brand) if thats an option, the quality of all Kirkland produce and products is simply amazing.

Love this place…spend way too much here on a weekly basis because you never know what neat stuff you’ll find in here. Have the executive membership and it was well worth the extra money for it.

I was happy until I couldnt find a few items. Then on the other hand the customer service is awesome as busy as the gentleman was he still had a good smile and solved my card issue before my shopping. Customer service. A+++

I had never been to Costco but my friend wanted to put me on his card so I could get cheaper gas. It was different but I liked it. Everyone was friendly and wearing masks and being distant. It had a mellow feel to it even though it was busy

It has been awesome for this first time experience regarding new tires. The helpers were very honest about offers and guarantees of the brand.

Good selection of products and good prices. Much better than the UK Costco, where I am a member. Only downside is the warehouse is so busy because they dont limit how many people can go inside at any one time. This makes it difficult to social distance. UK warehouses limit capacity.

Busy as always, but they had multiple lines open so I was able to get in and get out. A lot of people don’t know this, but you can order the food you want from the food court at the register. That way you can just take your receipt to the side line of the food court and get out faster. They have masks, wipes, and sanitizer. No gloves still.

If you need to buy in large quantities and want to buy a t.v. along with your steaks and chops its a good place to go. And gas prices are hard to beat for members.

I visited the eye center today. Had my yearly exam. Dr Abramson is wonderful and thorough. Carol helped me with picking out my daily wear glasses and a pair of computer glasses for work. All for a great price! Cant wait to get them!

I want to commend the man in the tire shop, and apologize. I went to Costco today around 3:30 to get a set of 4 winter tires. Im sorry to say the man I was with was particularly nasty to the gentleman in the tire shop for no reason at all. The man was nothing but helpful and handled it so calmly, kindly and professionally! He even walked us to the tire center inside the store. Thank you for your understanding and great customer service. It was appreciated more than you know.

Buy n Large before they changed their name in 2023 and we all set sail on Musks starship because the events started in 2020 made life unlivable on earth.If you can buy in bulk, you get 4,000 items that are very carefully picked for a quality. A guaranteed 12 points or less markup. Store brands that are as good as the top national brands. And a giant hot dog and soda for $1.50. Take that, diet!Liquor in CT is always sold at a state minimum price, but the secret is that the Kirkland brand is usually another top shelf liquor in disguise that is sold much below price because its sold as Kirkland brand.By the way, youre going to want to get that hot dog because the parking lot could take all day.

One of the worst Costcos to go to. Got yelled at and the gentleman at the door was demanding to see my card even though I told him I had it. But a dozen roses today quote unquote dozen there were only eight in there. Went through the self-checkout nobody was wiping the self-checkouts out after each customer. I have gotten my car broken into in the parking lot and the management did nothing to help.They do not care about their customers at this location. I frequently shop other Costco locations I have never had such terrible experiencesNeeds new mgt

Can get very crowded and missing certain items that are typically found at other Costco’s but overall it had a very good selection. Their checkout line management is note worthy as they direct people instead of letting people amass. Liquor prices are also impossible to beat.

I love Costco! They not only have great prices on food but also clothing items. Quick and easy in and out. Also check out their liquor section! The pre made margarita mix is to die for.

As of our visit tonight, Costco is well stocked on all paper goods. We love shopping here, weeknights are best, it gets crazy on weekends. Everyone is so helpful.

Worst customer service cant speak for everyone there. I asked about purchasing a item and I was treated like I was going to steal it. The extremely overweight man told me he was taking my membership card due to no picture. I was just the 2 weeks earlier to renew the membership. I been a member since 2015

Needs to bring back our pizza with everything on it, vegetables meat balls etc, Sheet cake, ricotta cheese! The eggs are medium they are not large (did they shrink). The store is old . We need bigger store and more items.

The Waterbury, Connecticut Costco is an overall good store to shop for all of your general needs. Its a fairly clean store considering the volume of patrons that go there on a daily basis. The aisles are fairly wide and the food is usually fresh due to the constant movement of product. The gas prices are usually the lowest in the area, aside from BJs Wholesale down the road which is typically comparable in price. They do have a liquor store on site which I do believe sells alcohol to the public without a membership. Two perks about Costco that I like in particular are that they have sale items that you dont need to clip coupons for or go online to download to your card like the majority of stores do nowadays. They simply give you the sale price for the item at check out with any effort on your part. And the other thing I like about Costco is their rotisserie chickens because theyre always hot and fresh. The rotisserie chickens are typically bigger in size and cheaper in price than their competitors. With that said, some of their prices can be on the high side.
