Had insurance paid for for my car I was towing on the back of the rental truck, not only did the trailer ruin my front bumper on my Cadillac but then they didnt want to take any responsibility for the damages (over $800 worth) although I paid for the extra insurance to make sure if something like that happened it would be covered. Avoid this place, instead, get a pod delivered to your new place and any extra cars shipped through a more reputable shipping service, you will be avoiding a big headache by going with a company other than Penske.
