I Been There For A Really Long Time The Service Is Amazing, Very Great People ! Never Had A Problem With Them !

When I called to find out what prices they had, they gave me one price. I booked a place, two days later I called back to clarify that my place was booked, they already told me a different price. And when I arrived the next day they gave me the third price again, and each time the price was higher and higher. it doesnt look professional to me. Do not recommend this place to anyone do not even waste your time, there are a lot of other normal places where you will be given a good price.

The staff was professional and courteous and efficient. The indoor units looked presentable and clean.

Horrible customer service they changed the way to pay your bill online and because their portal wasn’t working the added a late fee of 50 dollars, can’t get a hold of anyone on their customer service side and no one is ever in the office if you can find another spot I would recommend doing so. Only if you are desperate would I recommend this place.

Safe neighborhood and security cameras. Workers are pleasant. Kept clean.The insurance offered to customers is not worth taking. I used the storage for 3 months and water from a storm seeped in and damaged my belongings. Long story short= insurance did not pay a cent for my damages. Beware.

I was absolutely satisfied with the service I was provided with. Definitely would suggest the East Main st location. All my questions and concerns were attended to in a fashionable manner.

My husband Tom has units at this facility. The prices are too high, but Darlene is a doll. She is polite, very helpful and has a great attitude and personality unlike the others.

I like it there, lts so clean and it smells great no dirty odor, the space was just right, i fit everything i had in it and was satisfy, easy access and very convenient, i love it there.

LARISSA IS SWEET AND VERY PROFESSIONAL...WOULD RECOMMEND DEALING WITH HER...

A friend suggested cubesmart because they were having a special, i called to find out the terms of the deal. I was told that a cash deposit is required which will be returned once the transaction is complete, i asked specifically if a debit card was okay i was told yes but once i was at the store i was told that i must get cash, i went to the atm. The Manager stated that she made this clear when we spoke earlier, I have no issues understanding english but there was no point in starting an argument but it was never said that a debit card was not allowed. I was told i must return the truck by 4:00pm, if i run into some unforeseen problem please call because the store closes at 5:00pm. As the manager was giving me the detail of the return she began to talk down to be when i asked questions, she stated multiple times that she already repeated that insinuating that i cannot understand english. She had a bad attitude, i just left it alone because this would not be a long business relationship. I taking longer than anticipated moving so i called, she stated that if i get the truck back by 4:30pm there will be no charges and she reaffirmed that the gas tank must be full. I got back to the storage center at 4:45pm, she asked if i filled the gas tank tank which i stated yes and she proceeded to demand that i produce a receipt. I have done business with several places over the years and never was a receipt demanded for gas, she told me i would have to go back to the gas station because it was store policy that i produce a receipt for the gas . I told her i did not have one and i was not going back to the store and at the point she proceeded to tell me that due to the time she had to close the store so we can close this transaction the next day. Because of her attitude, i stated i am nothing to argue about the store policy and i will escalate to customer service. I went back to my car in the parking lot and proceeded to call customer service. She got into her car and after seeing me on the phone proceed to pull up next to my car and said i think its best that you unload the truck . I told her i will take her up on her initial offer and i would show up the next day . The store manager in my opinion is a racist, she talked down to me and she had a bad attitude . I dont believe this is the first time that she has done this, if you are in the service industry and the company your work for states customer service is their number one priority and you are not willing to give it customers then you should not be working. I dont believe this is the first time that she has spoken to someone like this. I called customer service called and they stated this is not the policy but the damage has already been done, i cannot speak for every single store but my interaction with the manager Darlene Sidoti located at 2454 East Main street, waterbury, Ct was the worse experience i ever had in my life . I travel across the country and never experienced anything like this. Her manager called and apologized and stated this is not the store policy but the damage was already done .The sad part of my interaction is that the area the store is located serves minorities and to have a manager that racist in my opinion running the store just compounds the issue. I dont know if upper management took any action against the store manager, i would advise anyone reading this review to use another store. i am still shocked that people like this exist in a leadership role, Ii moved my belongings and canceled the transaction with cubesmart and my money was refunded. The manager stated that she had a family situation and that was that was reason for her attitude but when a caucasian customer came in the store they were treated totally different leading me to conclude that her interaction with me was based on my race . Please excuse the typos

Walked in to ask about some different rates to compare with other places and the employees were very kind and i will be renting from here in the future. The women that was their was very knowledgeable about everything i was very impressed.
