Let them tell it they do it all. Had my car a week for me to have to tow it to another shop for them to finish it. My car was towed in pieces... with all bolts still on my windshield water drain unorganized ...parts taken off and left anywhere! he wanted money up front for the job and get this wen i towed it to another shop still had to go bck because he didnt give them my battery front bumper Radiator my t bracket support and who knows what else! Dont trust them... if u want garbage work go to them 10/02/20

Been going to Ruel for years. Did a radiator repair on my Altima and was very happy with the service. He even took me to work while the repairs were being done because I had no other means of transportation!Years later he built me a custom exhaust for my Infiniti that I get so many compliments on. Dont leave any extra parts cause it will end up missing like in my case ..Took my van for some work now i have to put a claim for stolen parts ..i asked what happen and clerk said to take him to court..i went to this mech cause i thought is was the one in manchester shame it came to this now im down a control arm..shady business transactions

Dishonest people work in that shop. Fix one problem and tell you that you have more problems with your car. I had to go another shop to fix the problems they “fixed”. Im not rich, and can’t afford to waste money on problems that I assume was fixed the first time I payed.
