Tried calling to order parts waited on hold for 10 min only to have some one answer and hang up on me right away. called back and no one answered. I dont have time to sit and wait on hold all day to order parts. Terrible customer service. Quit advertising parts on ccc if you cant staff enough people to handle the call volume.

We get flyers in the mail about them having parts for commercial business, we try to call to buy some parts no one answers the phone, even when they answer they will tell you we will deliver the part such day and they do NOT,,, we never had such an awful business they have, if you dont want to sell parts or you might have enough business in Waterloo why would you advertise in other cities??
