They were really friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what the problem was, how it happened and how they were going to fix it.

We stopped here after getting a flat on a road trip. They got us in immediately and had us out the door in 15 minutes. On top of that, they let us bring our dogs in to the air conditioning! Super friendly, efficient and honest service. Wish we lived closer, would definitely be back.

They are WONDERFUL! I discovered them after another car shop tried to swindle me out of more money and 5th st. been extremely honest, quick, and friendly! They give a fair price and never pressure you into doing more than you need. There has been two times when I had gone there and it was a tiny fix and they had done it without charge. They are hardworking and respectful. Highly recommended!

I tend to have extreme anxiety when it comes to car problems and going to mechanics. Everyone at 5th st tire however was amazing! They got my breaks all ready to go quickly so I could get back to work and did it for hundreds cheaper than what I was quoted at other places. I couldnt recommend these guys more to everyone!

Great service. Halfway to our sons in Wisconsin we had a tire separate and drove on our spare into Waterloo. Although they were fully booked, the guy working the counter found us a tire and got us back on the road in an hour. Thanks for helping us out!!
