My air conditioning had not been cooling properly. Mgr thought I had a leak. He told me what he would do to check it and quoted a price.Service was performed and I drove the car for week and took back as I was told to do for them to recheck for the leak. The recheck was done at no charge.Service was timely and done as quoted. I will use them again in the future.

Perfect customer service. Thank you all for everything you do, and always being amazing to work with. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else! They keep a close record of notes to reference things that might become an issue in the future and always touch on those points when I come to pick up my car.

Very fair prices with reliable speedy service. My car was broken down for months, but they got it up and running in a day! Which was way sooner than my scheduled appointment. I usually get so nervous when it comes to mechanics because I have been burned plenty before. This really was an exceptional experience. All the staff, even the secretary, really cared about my business. This was the best I have ever been treated when getting much needed repair done. They really showed me excellent customer service and notified me quickly of what needed done. I even received a discount for being a AAA member! It was definitely a pleasure getting my little family back on the road. I will definitely return again for other maintenance and future repairs! 💯

My 99dode had a bad pcm, I took it to another shop,, wasted 5 weeks, they couldnt get it right,, so just called here to get an appt,, the mechanic gave me advice over the phone, what to look for in used or rebuilt pcm, followed his advice,, up and running saved 1500 buck,, no charge!!! Expensive!Over $200 for a $3 part but they fixed it in a timely manner. I just got the car back & on my receipt it states that they cover the part for a certain amount of time/miles so we will see how it holds up I dont like that they told me I had to get a diagnostic test when I already paid for one at Tires Plus and I told them I knew the problem was a wiring issue/connevtion issue from the battery to the alternator. The woman told me it was because they do a more extensive diagnostic check so when I went to go pay for it and I asked what other codes came up they said they didnt know and I said wouldnt it come up on the diagnostic check they said we didnt do one of those so it was the same test that Tires Plus already did that they made me pay for again. Talk about frustrating. That being said, you cant really complain when they are one of the only places that does electrical work.

Incredibly friendly, and honest. They will explain to you what the problem is, how much it would cost, and ask if you want to go through with it.I even once called to get a quote on a problem I already knew about, and rather than pushing me to bring it in and charge (like many other shops would) they were happy to explain it over the phone. And when I decided it wasnt worth fixing, they had no issues with it. GOOD PEOPLE!

I appreciate how Gary went out of his way to look up information where I could go to get my car serviced where the warranty was to be covered. When Community did not keep up their end of it I called Gary back and they got me back in to fix it himself. I never had a shop/mechanic to take that extra step for me. Good looking out.

Had an electrical problem with my car that another place I took it to could not figure out, Automotive Solutions figured it out very quickly and repaired it for much cheaper than I was expecting. I gave them a $500 limit to find and repair it and it ended up being just under $300. They also found why my car has been clicking when i turn for the past two years. Ive had it checked out multiple times and every other place ive taken it to have told me nothing was wrong. Meanwhile the guys here asked if I had been hearing noises and told me what it was. I shouldve come to them two years ago when the sound started. The wait for appointments is really long because they only have like two mechanics but they definitely know what theyre doing so if youre able to wait for an appointment this is definitely the place to go!

I had a HWY breakdown and had my car towed here. I live another 1.5 hours from them. The next morning he called and told me what he found but said he couldnt help me until next week because of the holiday week (July 4), so gave me other recommendations, and didnt charge me anything!!!If I didnt live an hour and a half away they would be my new mechanic.What a great gesture. I was stranded on New Years Eve and the local Ford dealer would not work on my E350 motorhome. These guys came to the rescue and got me on the road with a new alternator in about 3 hours. Friendly and reasonably priced. Offer AAA discount too.

They seem to do a decent job, however, you will pay on the high side for their work. They called me after an hour to explain what needed to be done & quoted a price of $150. Within an hour they called to say they were finished. When I went to pickup my car imagine my surprise when the bill ran just over $250. No call from them between the initial call & the call saying my car was ready. In reading through the invoice it indicated the stuff from the initial call was what was performed nothing more. So just be for warned.

I am a college student and have been bringing my vehicle to Automotive Service Solutions for the past 2 and a half years for repairs and oil changes. I have always had great experiences here and felt that the mechanics were honest and knowledgeable. In the past week, I had Dennis as my mechanic, who discovered an oil leak in my vehicle in a routine oil change. I was impressed by the honesty and competence of Dennis in allowing me to see the issue in the shop and explain to me where the oil leak was coming from. I greatly appreciated his generosity with explaining to me the issues with my vehicle and answering all of my questions that I had. Without his competence with discovering the oil leak, I would be at risk for having my warranty expired but now I am able to be covered by my Power train warranty! Thank you Dennis and all of the staff at Automotive Service Solutions for providing me with exceptional and honest care for the past couple years!

Never again. They had our work truck for a week, could not find why it would start one time and not the next. Was told to be patient! No,.....we picked up truck on Friday, dropped off at another shop on Monday,needless to say it was fixed and running great later that same day. Further more was charged for them not fixing it !!!!

Got things done in the timliest manner possible which was impressive considering how many vehicles were ahead of my own. They kept in contact with me while my vehicle was being repaired and it ended up costing nearly $300 less than anticipated. Also, as a triple a member I was able to get an additional 10% off.

Im not too enthused about Automotive Service Solutions. Sadly they are one of the few places in town which provide such services. I took my car in for two fairly simple fixes. I dropped my car off & about an hour later I received a call telling me what they found and giving me a quote. In another hour when my car was finished imagine my surprise when the bill was double what they quoted me. It just so happened I wasnt in a combative vain that day. Normally I would gladly rise to the occasion. However, because I wasnt in the mood for such nonsense & the stress that often accompanies it, I decided to just remember it for future reference.
