Ive been to all of the highly rated car washes in this area and none of them clean my car as good as CV Auto Detailing. Even on busy days they are fast and efficient and leave my car shining way more than the other spots that take close to an hour or more scrubbing every inch of my car.This is a hand wash; and yes they do reach every part of my car but it has to be the professionalism along with the quality products that make them so good. Skip all the other places and come check these guys out! You wont be disappointed.

Rod is very friendly and easy to work with. The complete detail they performed on my truck made it look brand new. The interior was flawless and smelled like a new vehicle. I recently bought a new car and it had a funky smell in it. I called and asked if they were capable of fixing the smell. I warned them the smell was mostly likely a mouse and they said they were capable of handling it. I picked up my car and it smelled great; however, the next day the smell was back. I was confused because they said they found the source of the smell behind the glovebox and cleaned it. I checked behind the glove box and there was a mouse nest. I called and asked how they missed this is they claimed to check behind the glove box. They said they would call me back and never did. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service of this business.

The reason I brought my car here was because I did not have the proper tools and cleaning products to detail my car in the tough to reach spots where dirt and debris had been trapped for years. They only wiped down major surfaces and did not even attempt to get all of areas where there were rocks and dirt trapped inside the seats, underneath trim, and cargo areas. They didn’t even inspect the headliner and clean any spots there. I still had stains in my back seat. Not to mention they just sprayed a bunch of surface cleaner and left easily visible streaks on all plastic. In my engine bay, they only wiped the top of everything, the bottom sides of hoses are dirty, only the top was cleaned. This was a very unprofessional job for a $95 detail. Don’t waste your time if you are expecting professional service.

We had a good experience at Cedar Valley Auto Detailing. Our SUV looked great when they were finished and the owner was upfront with the cost and very fair with his prices. It will cost more than your average $40 backyard detail, but it’s well worth it for their excellent work. He guaranteed his shop’s work and when we arrived to pick it, he was checking it himself to make sure it was a superior job. We will go back and would recommend them to anyone for their quality work.

Got a hand me down car from my grandfather. It was a 2012 Nissan GTR. They took care of all the scratches and dings on the hood. They also deep cleaned the seats from when I accidentally spilled gramps ashes. They were nice enough to gather the ashes and turn it into a car freshener. Amazing work and attention to detail. RIP PaPa.

I had the interior of my car detailed here. They fit me into their busy schedule and got it done! My car looked amazing, and smelled like a new car! I highly recommend bringing your business here! Very friendly as well.

Never had my car derailed, but Im sure they do fine. I had an early appointment for when they first opened. Almost 30 minutes later someone finally pulls in the lot with their music blasting, turns it down and asks if I need help. I told them I had an appointment. Other people start to show up 10 minutes later and finally start to look at my car. The price they quoted me seemed really high, but maybe they are worth it. Then they say that my car would be ready in 6 hours or so...after Id already waited an hour past my appointment. I said no and ended up going somewhere else. Again, they could be really good, I just like a little better treatment before I give you that kind of cash

Much better than those chain car wash and oil services! No hidden fees, they tell you the prices straight up, quick and efficient! they did a great job on detailing my SUV back like new! Probably best detail job and wash in Waterloo!
