Had front brake rotors and pads changed last August (2019) with 111,000 miles on a 2006 Red Ford Focus. This year June (2020) with 117,00 miles front brakes were making a noise on driver front side. New and very reliable mechanic at Schuermans in Cedar Falls said front rotors were bad with uneven spots all over each rotor. Car runs like a charm and you know where to go!

I needed brake work done and even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend it was not a problem the car had been sitting for quite a while and I had no brakes and Priority 1 had my car done before I was off work and gave me a ride to work and picked me up all the people that work there are professionals and if I have a problem with my car instead of taking it to someone else I will come back here appreciate all of your hard work thanks again

They robbed me of parts i already bought. And then not only charged me for new parts, but the same parts I already had were gone. They strait robbed me. Never again. It is really 0 stars. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have and will continue to recommend Priority #1!! I have been doing business with Priority for many years! I like it when I call and the 1st thing they ask is How I am? We discuss what is wrong, they get me in as soon as possible and they actually SHOW me the parts that are bad and explain them to me! They dont treat me like a stupid WOMAN like so many other places do! They go more than out of their way to help. They have given me rides, helped get my car towed on a Sunday! The oil change coupons are always a plus! If they can not fix the car they will tell you that or if something can wait a while to be changed they will tell you that. My friends and family thank me for recommending them!! I think a plus with me is that I have never seen them mistreat their customers or their employees! Keep up the great job Priority #1!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles here and service has always been great even after 30 day warranty expired they picked up half the bill for repairs!

Their service was great - they didnt charge me for a diagnostics test because they saw what was wrong right away and told me since they couldnt do anything for it, they wouldnt charge me. They recommended another garage nearby that rebuilds transmissions and were pleasant and helpful when answering my questions. I always get an appointment within 24 hours and they always, ALWAYS get it done when they say they will. I definitely recommend Priority 1!

I have been bringing repairs to them for years. They always give me and estimate and call if there is any additional work that needs done. Their prices are fair, the work is done right, and they will pick you up and drop you off.

I bought my first car through this place and at first they were really nice and did good work if anything went wrong with any of our vehicles. I had gotten into an accident while still financing through them and ever since then theservice went down hill. They called and harassed us about all different sorts of things. They got very loud and disrespectful towards me and my grandma ( who bought her truck there and was actually the signer on my vehicle). Made my grandma cry because the guy was so rude to her. They made her feel so bad she refuses to go in there. I stupidly went back Saturday to look at a second vehicle from them and to me I felt like they treated me like I was dumb because I was girl and that their payments were to high for me.

I trust these guys, weve been going to them for years.
