What a great experience. Purchased my K5 from a very knowledgeable salesman. He explained things very well and I definitely would ask for him when making another purchase.

Terrible place. Why? Eventually my car started making concerning noises and I brought it in. Then I heard nothing from them, radio silence.Called several times to ask what was even wrong with my car, and had to find out on my own that my car was experiencing piston slap, they wore down and I couldve risked my engine blowing up.Mechanic said theyd call me back. Well I get a call and coincidentally its the salesperson unaware my car was in the shop and he tried selling me a new car.I know why there was radio silence now, they didnt want to tell me I had a recall on my Optima, that they were obligated to replace my engine, and decided to take advantage of me not knowing whats wrong and to sell me a new vehicle. Just plain greedy. I highly recommend going somewhere elese

Very Scamy. I brought my car in for 100,000 mile Timing belt replacement because I thought I could trust the dealer to do that. While they have the car they call me and tell me I need to have about 10 more things fixed and replaced, a few of them I had literally done the week before with a mechanic I trust. I told them they could replace the rest of the belts, but leave everything else. After I got the car back I noticed the cruise control wasnt working. I pulled over and noticed they unplugged the cruise control computer. Plugged it in and cruise control worked. Shortly after my car started making a bad squealing noise. Had a trusted mechanic look at it. Withams didnt even tighten the belts. Terrible work, and they probably wanted me to come back and have them replace more parts on my car.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! It took two weeks to do the repair work and then another two weeks to repair the body damage THEY caused while in their shop. Never offered a loaner vehicle during the entire month our car was there. Calls to the service department went unreturned and I finally had to call and ask for the general manager to find out where the car was and what its status was. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Actually did what a dealership is supposed to do. They found things wrong with my car that I wouldve never know about until they actually broke. Even though Ive taken my car into McGrath several times. Saved me around $300+ by putting/ fixing one of things that was wrong with the car under a warranty claim.

Great service center. My transit broke down because another dealership didnt fix a safety recall before they sold it to me. Will was extremely helpful with getting my recall repaired and back on the road. As quick as he could couldnt ask for more from a service center

I just bought my 2nd car from there today. My salesman Tom was great and was patient and very pleasant to work with along with the other fiance people. Give the place a try its worth the stop tha ks

They seem knowledgeable, however they didnt seem too inclined to actually listen to our concerns. They did finally accept what we wanted and adhere to that.

Ive spent 10+ hours here.. wouldnt suggest this place. chances are they will not see the vehicle again.. they arent for the customer.. just lining there pockets..

Not impressed, this dealership took full advantage of me, lied and cheated me in every way a customer could be lied and cheated, I was to trusting and should have read there paperwork, so I am to blame also, however I will never let happen ever again, buyer beware.
