The workers are always so friendly and patient, while absolutely nailing whatever I order. Love this Starbucks!

Poor experience today, I purchased almost $30 worth of food and drinks and I had 2 pastry items that were hard as rocks. The almond croissant was baked to a crisp, burnt bottom and hard to even bite into and then a banana bread which has been probably sitting out getting dried out for days now since they were closed Sun and Mon. There goes $6+ Dollars down the drain.

My frappucino was great every time Ive been here. Im not sure why some Starbucks make them so horrible, dont they have a specific recipe since its a chain?...

Sadly always busy and they dont start mobile orders until you ask, presumably because of the drive through. Lovely staff though. They get 5/5. Store as a whole is a perfectly fine 3.

Cant really say anything bad about the coffee but the wait time was horrible cars were all the way around the building and the inside wait time was just as long but what can I say I waited cause I wanted my coffee lol

Never had a bad order here! Always quick through the drivethru. My only complaint is if the drivethru is backed up youre stuck kinda waiting in the road but thats really just a doc on the parking lot design and not that actual drinks. :) Love this location!!!

30 minutes for service inside. When received double tall cappuccino extra dry was no where near dry. Barrister remade made it with some improvement but way off the mark. Car traffic appears to get priority over those inside face to face customers. Only one person at counter and she left for 5 minutes to handle food orders.This is not my first trip to Starbucks first trip to this location.

If you make an online order wait 20 min..... Ive ordered from this Starbucks 5 days a week for the last 2 years.... Well the last 6 weeks has sucked! The app say 4 to 8 min. I wait 10 to 15 then go there just to watch someone who is ordering at the window or counter get their drink before me.... The app is so you dont have to wait....

I drove 20 minutes to get to this Starbucks and when I get there it is closed (this is day 1) day 2 I go there and it says new hours 9-5 and there is a sign and it it not online. Day 3 I try again to go and there is a whole new sign and the other one is ripped off and there is a new sign at the drive through window and it says close Monday and Sunday. They need to put this information online because this is really bogus. People are really confused there was a lot of people trying to order but they couldn’t because of this catastrophe.

Love their Chi Tea Latte, dont like their prices. Oh well, have to pay for what you love ☕.

On October 16, 2018 at 8:50 p.mI walk into Starbucks happy 😃 then I notice all the employees were just sitting on the FLOOR!! Giving me and my boyfriend disrespectful looks towards us and part of that I order a small white chocolate mocha NOT EVEN FILL UP TO THE TOP OF THE CUP NO WHIP IT WAS LITERALLY HALF OF THE DRINK I WAS SO SO SO UPSET! Never going back there again 😡😡😡

The staff is amazing and gets to know their regulars. I go there and some of the employees know me by name and one even knows what Ill be getting when I walk in and shell start making it and it will be done before I have even paid. Love them they are amazing

I don’t understand the obsession people have with Starbucks. Coffee isn’t even that good and staff screw around frequently. It’s good for meetings maybe but not coffee.

The young ladies helped me out with how to load my Starbucks app account. Very nice.

The staff were really great here. They did a pour over with out any hesitation. Plenty of spots to plug in laptops or devices. I had a good time here.

Recently renovated, a small but pleasant setting. This location has a drive through, which is very popular. Caution, the line of cars can get very long.

The frappuccinos are good. I dont care for their hot coffee though. The ladys working were quite nice and smiled when they spoke.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in, 2 days in a row. Where other Starbucks offer powdered chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, this Starbucks only offers vanilla. Yesterday they said they were out of nutmeg but today I was told it’s only offered at xmas time??? They were all out of bagel bites, lemon pound cake...finally I said never mind. Register staff is friendly, place is clean, I still recommend driving across the street to Hyvee, guessing they’re faster and carry all products that you find in other Starbucks.

I only get coffee drinks but Starbucks never disappoints. Always the same and friendly.

Terrible service lately! My order is wrong almost every single time and the employees are super grumpy and unfriendly. Paid $15 today for some bakery items and a coffee that was plain bitter. Not at all what I ordered!

Horrible service. Out of everything and no sign letting customers know. A lot of customers trapped in lime. Manager Channing said he couldn’t find tile to get outside to post anything. Horrible service.

Fast and convenient every time I stop!

This is one of my favorite locations to go and get my Starbucks. It’s close to my house and kind of on my way to work in the morning. I usually go twice a day and I love the staff at night but the staff in the morning is a different story. God for bid you see a smile on anyone’s face. Star bucks employ is the 1st person most of us talk to in the morning and service like that can just ruin your morning. They make me feel like I’m getting my stuff for free or something. Half the time they are out of strawberry refresher and website says they are out all the time so you can’t even order it through the app. I have mentioned something few times about their website but still haven’t seen a change.

Using the online app before you get there insures you having a good visit, but even if you dont the staff seems to have a positive attitude and the environment is fine to have your coffee and get a little work done.

Every once in a while i will get what i ordered and it taste perfect. Other times nope not what i ordered

It’s Starbucks so what can I say very constient quality of coffee. I purchased a cup of Kimono Dragon, it was hot and they had just finished brewing it when I walked in. The baristas working that day were friendly and very fast making the orders. The place was packed and had a full drive through, I was able to be in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Wife and I go here a few times a week. The last 5 days IN A ROW weve gone here and theyve been out of the matcha and the Java chip ingredients. Theres always an excuse and its we dont have it in stock or we got it today, but we JUST ran out. Sounds like a huge ordering issue and someone needs to get it figured out. We used to come here all the time due to friendly staff and having what we need or else Id rate 5 star. Really unfortunate to promote a drink and not have a cushion for ingredients for that drink. Get it together guys!

My wife and I went through the drive thru and got our coffees, we started to drive away when the lid came off my wifes coffee spilling all over the car and us. This is the second time this has happened to us . We pulled around to the front and I went in to complain about this, I was handed a stack of napkins to clean my car with which I did while they remade the drink for us. I want back in to get the new drink and saw they used the same cup to remake the drink in, there was stuff all over the outside of the cup so it was sticky. I put a sleeve on it and took it anyway as I was in a hurry. We left the store and headed home. I took a drink of my coffee and realized they had filled the cup with plain coffee, not the vanilla latte that was the original order. I then proceeded to call the store and complained to the manager, she apologized a nbn d offered to send us a gift card to pay us back for the mistakes that were made, that was 3 weeks ago. This store is located in waterloo, iowa . We will not be going back.

Clean. Organized. Sterile and Boring.The Baristas are Baristas only in title. They dont know the difference between a Dark Roast and an Espresso Roast. They couldnt tell you the proper ratio of grounds to water for a Mr. Coffee nevermind a French Press. They are the McDonalds of Coffee.
