Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Employees picking up phone and hanging it up, taking it off off hook. Waited for prescription for 5 days till I went in and they told me they couldnt get It. They used to be very helpful I will definitely be switching to a different cvs

Beautiful store. But, the pharmacy is horrible. Made appointment on Sat. for flu shot on Sun. They confirmed, we confirmed and did all the pre-vaccine paperwork so we could get in and out. Showed up early as requested, they had no record of our appt. I showed them their message on my phone. Then they couldnt get the insurance to go through. Come to find out after all that they had spelled our name wrong. Duh! While we were dealing with all this in store at the counter we got a text that they had cancelled our appt. Did finally get the shot 15 minutes after our appt. time. Ill go somewhere else next time.

Bad attitudes and unprofessional. Please do better.

Moved my prescriptions from Target CVS so I can use the drive-up and not have to go in store! I’ve been very pleased with their prompt service!

Such a well organized store with a great variety of products. The only problem I have is the rewards and discounts are given after you shop. When you live out of town its a bit difficult to get back to use those rewards before they expire. Otherwise, great shopping.

If i could give the pharmacy no stars i would. I could write out my whole spiel which i did..... but ultimately at the end of the day its an absolutely terrible pharmacy and i wouldnt send my worst enemy there. 0/10

I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy. Three times in the last two months I have gone in to get a NEW medication & all three times I received ZERO consultation, even when the paper on the bag says “Consult”. Yes, I could’ve asked, but I’ve worked in a pharmacy before & you’re supposed to consult them. Period. The customer shouldn’t have to ask, as it’s a required part of the job. Absolute trash & the staff in the pharmacy isn’t the nicest. They act like you’re an inconvenience to them.

Price of everything was decent. I had an employee follow me the whole time i was gathering my items. I was on the phone talking to my father and she stood next to me the whole time and followed me everywhere. I was displease and didnt feel welcomed.

Very slow. They will tell you meds will be ready at one time then when you call to check they tell you an hour, in an hour they tell you an hour. The check-out girl is rude when you call and treats people like you are not worth her time.

This pharmacy cannot get it together, the are consistently not filling my prescriptions, they will tell me my doctor needs to see me again before refilling a prescription than when I take time off work and go see my doctor my doctor tells me they have I didnt need to go see her and that she sent the prescription to them.

If I could give it no stars. I would. Staff there are rude and won’t let you talk.

Multiple problems. Staff doesn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t be with them if it weren’t for my insurance company.
