The guy working the register today today at 4:12pm rang my stuff up wrong and charged me for chicken when I got waffle fries. Which are almost a $3 difference in price.. so when I spoke up and said something to him.. his response was.: “um.. oh well, it’s fine. There’s a line so..” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! NO IT’S NOT OKAY SIR!!Seriously not happy about this at all!!… SEE! Definitely not chicken, but okay!I guess if you want your money stolen go ahead and shop here. 😡😡😡

Staff was wonderful as usual! But the Karuba gold tasted burnt. Also I went to grab a breakfast sandwich on a croissant but when I opened it, it was a waffle. Not labelled correctly on the shelf.

Good job for a automatic wash. Definitely see the difference with the high end Elite wash.

Excellent service. Store updated & markers for social distancing on floor, hand sanitizer at entry & exit. Good food, hot & great prices! Best deals on bananas, bread, eggs & bottled water.

Used touchfree. Soft wash is also available. Very nice clean car for $11. A dollar cheaper than another place I have went too.

Its an awesome car wash it does a super good job the only better thing it could have is a belt to pull your car thru the wash but I still will use it its the price and the quality of the wash is what im after this does it hands down every time almost for its got a blower on the end ya dont need to wipe ur car off

Gas station and groceries all in one! I like how they now offer 4c off gal of gas, when you show your hyvee card. Their specialty sandwiches are tasty & they got the best smoked string cheese around!!

Typical Kwik Star car wash. Two bays. Each has the option of touch-free or soft touch wash. Generally well maintained and cleaned. Typically not as busy as others in town except in the afternoon rush.

This was my first visit to this location. It was clean and bright, the employees were polite and helpful. I do like the location as it is convenient when my husband visits his doctor at the nearby VA clinic.The air machine was rather inconveniently placed. Most people pull up beside the machine to better reach their tires. Where theyve put this one, its marked no parking beside it, so if the space in front of it is taken by someone not getting air, and you need air, youre out of luck.

Did a poor job on our white truck. Side windows with IA winter dirty slush look the same before and after. Did most expensive wash and soft touch option. Not impressed and wont waste $$ here again.😫

Wanted to get gas but they refused to tell me the price over the phone. Ridiculous you cant tell your potential customers how much your cheapest gas is. Will be going to Caseys from now on.

Unbelievably clean and modern convenience store with all the extras. One of the best gas stations I have ever frequented.

Very clean store, friendly staff. A clerk caused confusion by telling my partner that there would be a free shower with diesel fillup for our semi-truck. Yes, on their loyalty card, thats true, but this location--like every one Ive found in IA--has NO showers.We discovered within 200 miles of fueling that our mpg was terrible. Then a sensor warned us of water in our fuel.I notified the location they have water in the #2 diesel tank and was referred to corporate office. They took the matter seriously. I will update my review as to the outcome.

Cheapest/best in area for E85/flexfuel. Also has recreational 91 octane without ethanol (any place ethanol free gas is more $, but the prices here are good) Clean bathrooms, good food selection inside. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, even with RVs/Trucks.

I got chicken tenders from here and they obviously didn’t stir them right because there were spots without breading on them. They were soggy. I should’ve went to East Donald!

Never any hot good ready to go. Doesnt matter what time of day or what store I go into, cant grab a hot lunch at Kwikstar for the longest time. Used to be a fav place to go. Not anymore.

I have used Kwik Star stations for several years for gasoline, snacks, occasional produce, drinks, car washes, etc. They have been staffed with fine people and met my needs.I was looking forward to this new store on my frequent travel path. HOWEVER--- TO MY ASTONISHMENT ---- I FOUND THAT THIS GAS STATION DOES NOT SELL REGULAR GASOLINE!!! WOW!! This place only sells Ethanol and expensive Premium Gasoline. YUK!!I have elected to take my business to competitor stations that sell REGULAR gasoline and AVOID ALL KWIK STARs!!!

I get diesel frequently at kwik star all over the tri-state area, but at this store, the advertised price showed $2.88 on the sign (cheapest around) but at the pump it was $2.95 (NOT the cheapest around)
