We are from Illinois going to visit our son in college at Wartburg....stop here for gas... while Im pumping my wife goes in to buy a few items....woman cashier with blond hair accused her of stealing....we had to call Waterloo PD....lady said we were regular customers....she was obviously strung out on something..... beware....do not stop here!!!!!!!

I love it. Its right off the main road. Nice cashier and great customer service.

Owner complained about me using credit card and lectured me about the fee. This after I waited 4 minutes for coffee to be brewed. Will never return here or to Indian owned operation. Recently an Indian motel stole my refrigerator contents.

Cashier is very rude girl . She wouldnt take $100 bill that I got from the bank said it didnt check out she just rude. I went to the other BP location and it checked out there. The female doesnt know how to work the loyalty points and rewards by using cash. Never have this problem with any other BP station in America. The morning shift girl always have problems with her. . She shouldnt be in customer service . She needs written up by the way she treats guests.

Pumps are super slow, the girl at the front was slow and unapologetic, and they do not offer cash back. I will absolutely dodge this one from here forward

The best service around everytime I walk in a feel respected. I leave happy everyone really recommend it. They got the cheapest Red Bull’s too can’t ask for more!!

BPs are always nice places to go for gas and sometimes I sit down and get something to eat.

Tonight I gave the attendant a winning lottery ticket. Along with 2 others I signed. She said it wasn’t a winner and didn’t give me my money.
