I needed someone to look at my hearing aids, they had me come I. The next day. They checked them out and made a quick adjustment. And I was on my way. Very friendly and helpful.

I arrived at New Sound for my appointment and was shown in almost immediately, my hearing aids were checked and cleaned. I asked to have some of the settings tweaked and a few seconds later we were done. Very good service by knowledgeable people.

The service was prompt and courteous and thorough. Caitlan removed my ear wax and cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids and I was on my way.

I lost most of my hearing serving in the military and lost some more at John Deeres in a noisey environment. Through hearng loss i was losing contact eith our kids, grandkids and great grandkids. I just couldnt hear so i backed off of everything. John Deeres taped me into new sound hearing and i can hear just about everything. It is awesome to be able to hear and now i can partisipate in what is going on. The audiologists there are tremendous and the workers bend over backwards to help. I want to thank everyone there and strongly encourage anyone that has trouble hearing to tap in

Extremely rude staff! They are in a strip mall but if you park in anywhere near their business (in the shared lot) they will come out and harass you! Not a good way to conduct business.
