DONT BE FOOLED!!Get your financing in place before you go or if they tell you that the bank wont finance the car you want and can afford but will finance an overpriced more expensive car ASK FOR PROOF! THEY LIE!! Ads should have disclaimer that they are great at bait and switch and ripping people off all in the name helping people with poor credit get a car. Dealership gives new meaning to the word sleaze.Update: it took me a couple of years but was finally able to get out from being upside-down on financing and got rid of the two junks I bought from MAC. Their bait and switch will cost you so much if you trust them and will take years to get out from under their help in getting poor credit financing for you! Dont fall for it!

I had a very positive and impressive experience at the service and parts department. That was my first time at this dealership. When it came time to purchase another vehicle about a month ago I remembered how great the service was there so I decided to contact the sales department. The salesman I spoke with over the phone would not give me a price unless I agreed to buy a car that day. I told him that I was getting the funds ready and just starting to shop now and I would be purchasing a car within a few weeks. I even told him about my great experience at the service department and that you are my local dealership so in the end I was really hoping to buy a vehicle here. I wanted to make it clear that I wasn’t just shopping around for lowest prices to go to some other dealership. The salesman became more and more rude and obnoxious when I would not agree to buy a car that day just in order to obtain a price. He finally became so rude and nasty that I just hung up the phone. It was definitely a comfortable setting and I appreciate all the help they provided me. I was told that my friend who recommended the place was to receive money he still has yet to receive anything.nobody won’t call me back I been leaving messages still no call back, still no plates or registration

I saw a 2018 Toyota Camry for sale on their website and inquired about it. I spoke with the salesman Jonathan for 3 days trying to negotiate a price that I seem acceptable. He tells me to come down and we can make a deal and I drive an hour and a 1/2 and when I get there they sold the car 3 days ago for the same price that I originally asked for. Then they try to sell me all the cars at a higher price which I wasnt intrested in . A ridiculous waste of time

A little over a month ago, my check engine light came on. I had the Volvo dealership check it out and was told I needed a new engine. I did not have $8,ooo for a new engine, but as a visiting nurse, I needed reliable transportation. I went to Midstate Mitsubishi over a month ago to purchase a car on a Saturday. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they werent able to call my loan company to get an accurate payoff for my car as the loan company was closed. I gave them a figure I believed my payoff was and they worked the numbers. We had a deal according to my guesstimate. On Monday, I learned I owed $1k more than I thought. Needless to say, the dealership wanted me to pay the difference. I wasnt able to do that so I was told the deal was off and my money would be refunded and refunds occur on the Wednesdays. I gave the salesman my card information so the funds could be returned. I have called over 2 dozens times regarding my $3000. I have been transferred to and left as many messages on the unnamed voicemails. I have been given the names Natalie, Keisha, and Kortney when asking for the business office. Not one of my calls have been returned. I am still driving my car with the check engine light on, hoping it doesnt break down while in route to a patient. Everyday I work, all I could think of is please dont let my car breakdown before I could medicate all of my patients. Most of my patients are able to stay in the community because they have visiting nurses to ensure they take their medications as prescribed on a daily basis. Most in this population cant appreciate the severity of this pandemic without daily reminders from their nurses. It sucks that this company could care less as I have left details about my situation regarding the refund of my deposit. I have been nothing short of patient with Midstate. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

I cant say enough good things about my salesman Hector, he was wonderful! My husband and I needed a second car, the choice was between a Mitsubishi or a Kia, the sales staff at Mid State made us feel welcome and most importantly not like we were just another sale. While you have to endure a wait time with any transaction, Hector made it quick and most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and confident that there was nothing shady or under the table. The Kia dealership, made us wait forever to get us numbers we asked for and keep trying to push the purchase, not Hector, he worked quickly and confidently to get us what we wanted and worked with us to get us where we wanted to be. I will surely be telling everyone I know to head out to Mid State and ask for Hector!
