I bought Fox 2.0 IFP coilover shocks for my truck and one failed within 7 months!!! The retailer told me they wouldn’t help and I had to deal directly with Fox. I had to remove the coilover myself, and ship the heavy coilover all the way to California. Fox will not send a replacement until they verify the shock really failed. So my truck is sitting on blocks until I get a replacement!!! Then they inform me via email that it could take weeks!!!! How am I supposed to get around until then???!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! And I had to pay for the expensive shipping!!! This problem wouldn’t exist if Fox allowed their authorized dealers to inpect the shock and make a determination that it is damaged, then be allowed to install a new one from inventory and send the retailer a replacement once the damaged shock is received by Fox. That would help the customer by not having a vehicle on blocks for weeks while waiting on Fox for a replacement! What am I supposed to do for the WEEKS it takes to get a replacement; get a rental car???!!! I’ll NEVER buy another Fox product as long as I live. Furthermore, I ride dirt bikes and have a group of 300 riders on Facebook whom I’ll be sharing this info with. This incident has cost me BIG TIME, and I swear it’ll cost Fox far more by the time I’ve shared my experience with everyone I meet!!!!

FOX as a company is a joke. They say 6 weeks but it will actually take 6 months and possibly longer. I reccomend King Suspension for your racing needs, you miss a season or two waiting on your product from the jokers at FOX
