I’m not a dramatic person, I just go in the store and buy a 25$ card and leave. The staff is so nice if you are nice to them.

No fault of their own, failing store. Seems like our communities cant support GameStops.

Stock is very lacking and lackluster. Workers didnt greet me or offer help when I arrived which is surprising since every other GameStop Ive been to does so. Displays were shoddy and uninteresting due to low inventory as well. Store enforces tyrannical mask mandates. Tried to forcce a mask on me to shop. Store is now blacklisted in my book and will never see a dime of my money again. Very poor business decision on their part as Im a Gamestop regular.

I have always had great service here. Several years ago my son did something to his Nintendo switch and one of the sales associates actually worked on it for free just to help us out. She had to research on the internet and found the issue and fixed it. Just to be nice. So although we can purchase on the internet I like to go in and support the local store. Always really helpful and pleasant staff.

I always buy games from gamestop from watsonville and they keep selling games that doesnt work at all and they do this every time I get a game.

Either dishonest or very absent-minded employees. They sold me a ps4 with a terabyte and when I brought it back to exchange for cash it suddenly became 500 gigs. They also claim an ac adapter comes with the SNES classic even though its sold separately. It literally says its sold separately on the package but these glorified gas station attendants refused to acknowledge that. Read the fine print if you plan on dealing with these snakes. Youll more likely find an honest deal on ebay or craigslist. This chain is tailor made to rip you off.

Love this place!! I travel to Scotts Valley daily and their gamestop is terrible in comparison. This place is super nice no matter what time of day and always willing to help anyone.

Most of the employees are really nice ricky is always very friendly and seems eager to help customers out the guy with the long hair (Alex i believe is his name) is very friendly and always gives helpful advice when assisting customers the other employee a blonde male is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about not only the products but also as to whats going on in the gaming community the only employee that seems rude/snarky is a woman with glasses that always seems to be in a pissy mood aside from her i enjoy all transactions i have with this particular game stop as long as i avoid being assisted by her

Showed up 45min before closing. They had a sign up saying they will be back in “15min”. At 10min before closing they turned off lights. 15min after closing employee Jose B. comes out of the back room laughing with other employees and says they are closed and they had “technical issues in the storage room”. Will try to speak to DM.
