My opinion not anyones else. Maybe its the area where I live, but I never, ever got any decent service. I am not happy with Verizon at all, not the employees fault. I went back to AT&T.
This store is not like the typical car salesman experience you get at most Verizon stores. I bought 3 phones this week quickly and very pain free. They are doing a nice job of covid proofing too.
I was very disappointed with Verizon’s service today at the Watsonville location. I needed to replace my employees phone, which is essential for his daily work duties, and when I showed up at their opening time they refused to help as I “needed an appointment”. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE PRESENT AND ALL EMPLOYEES WERE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING for the duration I was there (about 15 plus minutes). By the time the manager had finished explaining why she couldn’t help me (10 to 15 minutes) THEY COULD HAVE EXCHANGED MY EMPLOYEES PHONE. This is very poor customer service in a situation where a valuable long term customer needed assistance. I placed the phone order online through the very “glitchy” and difficult to use business app and now have to wait to receive my employees phone. This could have easily been avoided if the manager made the appropriate steps to assess the situation, notice that they had ample time to quickly assist me, and keep me a happy customer.
Horrible service. If you can even call it that. My wife and I called this store separately 6 times each. They continuously hung up on us. So being in the mood for a new phone we both showed up in person. We waited in line for a half hour before being helped. They helped my wife out (let her in the store) only to tell her that she could not purchase a new phone due to the staff not being able to figure out why she couldn’t pick up a phone in store. So she left without a new phone. Meanwhile I’m waiting In line outside waiting to purchase a new phone. The incompetent man with a joker style mask took about five people who were standing in line behind me first. I raised my hand and asked when it was my turn to get help. He told me he didn’t know I was looking to buy a new phone (even though I had been standing in line for about 45 minutes at this point). He told me I would be next. I waited about another ten minutes before he lets someone behind me in line into the store. Long story short, go to a different Verizon. These guys have no idea what day or what time of day it is. You would think when you and your wife are willing to spend about $4,000 grand in cash they would bend over backwards to help.... not this store
Knowledgeable and professional people work there. Great customer service. I got lucky and didn’t have to wait at all. Would recommend this store to everyone. I live in LA area and never seen such a level of customer service.
One of the best stores with a Verizon logo. I absolutely love coming to this store specifically because, for the most part, they always look for a solution to my problem AND resolve it as well. I wish I could say Ive had similar experience with a certain other similar store. Anyway. If you want solutions come here. They get it done.
Horrible. they do not pick up their phones at all. all im trying to do is get my phone fixed but it doesnt look like its going to happen. so frustrating. complete trash
They need to treat people with respect, I showed up to my appointment and the security guard was so rude asked me why I was there and I showed him I had a scheduled appointment. He then said to me in a LOUD RUDE tone So What your phone is not working, whats wrong with it I told him I dont know thats why I am here....

Typical Verizon store.Emphasis is on selling (IMO) overpriced accessories and upgrades (bought my last phone at Costco, better service, MUCH less hassle!)Knowledge and service are uneven. Occasionally great, mostly mediocre.Given a choice between a visit there and getting a filling without Novacaine, warm up the drill doc!
They dont even answer their local lines ever. Call ATT- get alive person everytime.
It keep getting easier to speak with someone, but every time gets busier, its better to do things online than come to the store if at all possible.
Bad customer service and no communication I am very disappointed with the employees Maria say I will not get charged for the activation they laying to me not doing there job right they charged me $56 for activation for new phone I wish they can give me a chance but no chance for me no chance for them I all ways being fair with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but not fair
The usual...upsell no matter what youre visiting for. Definitely didnt go the extra mile in installing the screen protector...left with lots of air bubbles and the comment when your phone heats up they will go away. Thanks.

Was having a problem with my phones batter loosing juice or shutting down at 75% went in for my options. Friendly CS of course mentioned a new phone as he should, but Im mediately saw I had been paying my insurance and offered to order a replacement as an option, he submitted the work, asked if I was interested in anything else or if I wanted to see anything.
Make an appointment and youll be able to get all your needs handled.

Had an issue with an online order. Sales rep said they could not do anything and said come back in 24 hours. There were 5 employees just doing nothing and showed zero initiative to help out. I called the Verizon customer service rep and asked about my order and they said there was no issue with my order. I gave my phone so the verizon customer service can talk to their customer service. The worst part is the other 2 customer service reps were laughing and doing nothing. The worse customer experience ever. Ineptitude and no initiative...go to any other Verizon than this one

They were unorganized. It looked like there was a line when we first walked in. There was no greeter, and when it looked like we would be next, after several minutes of waiting, a representative came up, but only to take my name and tell me someone would be with me shortly. There was still one person ahead of us. After waiting several more minutes, that same representative came back to help us. All we needed was a sim card to activate an old phone. You could tell, as soon as he knew there was no sale to be made, he was completely preoccupied with getting on to the next customer. He did not even put the sim card in the phone for us, just handed it to my husband and said you just need to restart your phone. Seriously? I asked him, youre not going to make sure the activates? Wow! I was appalled.

I went in there to get my iphone activated and they spent almost an hour trying to activate it. in the end, they gave up and said they werent able to. it was almost as if they werent really even trying to figure out what was wrong with it and pretty much told me the phone was no good because i got it off of ebay. i went home and simply restored the phone myself in less than 10 minutes. horrible customer service.

Ive limited my walking into the Watsonville Verizonwireless store because employees are very rude. Ive seen and heard the young Salesmen choosing which consumer to attend to either the young ladies with very short dresses or ignore the young conservative consumer. Being a middle-aged woman whose money is just as good as the young, provative costumer I am often ignored. Ive spoken to various Managers and District Managers regarding the behavior at this store and it seems all they did was nothing! Shame on you VerizonWireless! Shame on you.
