Wounderfull customer service Mary and the young man that was with her are great.

Bought 4g hotspot sim. Checked it the next day... It doesn’t work! Staff refused to give a refund for a product that doesn’t work. They weren’t even about to check if the SIM card worked it self.Poor service! Greedy company!

Gabriel was awesome. I was having a hard time pairing my phone and he kept working until it finally paired. Then he realized my Bluetooth would shut off automatically. He referred me to another person who fixed that too. Whats not to love and appreciate!

Horrible customer service; some employees lack professionalism. I was helped out by Sergio and he had no idea on what he was doing, yet he did not ask for help. I was there for an hour plus; with that being said, I will not be visiting this branch any longer!

Went to T-Mobile because I live in a remote area. T-Mobile offers Wi-Fi calling. Staff there recommended that I get a prepaid account to see if I could get service before I ported my number. Even though I told them I was interested in Wi-Fi calling, they did not tell me that it will not work with a prepaid account. Went back and they would not give credit. I do not get service and WiFi calling does not work.

Ive only had one bad experience at T-Mobile and I called to complain and they fixed it. Issue was under staffed. Everytime Ive gone into the store now, zero issues. Thank you!
