I have to say at first I was skeptical because of pricing but I was really impressed. Customer service was great. I was explained everything detail by detail. All my questions was answered. I’m very happy with the services they provided. I will definitely refer them to people.

Wow! Mark (and his Wife) run THE BEST auto repair shop that I have ever used. And, I have been to many over the last 30 years. Mark pays close attention to detail, is unbelievably knowledgeable about fixing cars, and cares about doing the best job that he can possibly do for the customer. If you have a vintage vehicle, or a newer means of transportation, this is the place for you. I will not take my 1978 Ford Ranchero (or my 2007 Toyota 4runner) to anyone else as long as he is in business. It is with regret that I have sold my 2001 Buick and do not have an excuse to drive up (22 Miles round trip) to Master Auto Repair Klinic, Inc. I have been counting on Mark for the last 24 or so years, both as an honest and talented master mechanic and a very good friend. I had a breakdown on U.S. Route 12 and my insurance company had me towed to the nearest mechanic. I had no choice in the matter. And, being from out-of-state and in a desperate situation, I could have been taken advantage of.Most definitely, I was not.These people were professional and kind. They juggled a very busy schedule to solve my problem, which, for me, was a crisis. They were honest and fair with their pricing. How very nice!I rarely give recommendations, but this place earned mine.

Really honest shop. I needed my car worked on before my vacation. I went to a different shop and they gave me a list of repairs as long as my arm, $1,600.00 worth.I gave the owner Mark the list and he called me later and said sure sometime in the future if you still own the car 30,000 miles down the road it will need this work, but not nowHe got me back on the road for less than $400. Car is still running great.!!
