Everyone here is always so polite, and courteous. I have never felt ripped off here. Whenever my car is finished getting repairs, they always request something else that it WILL need later, which is ALWAYS helpful. Definitely going to use these guys again, because I know Ill need them again.

Ive been a loyal customer going on ten years to this shop. They said I would need a new engine for my car. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on a new engine and were just waiting on me to give the word. They were pricy so I looked around. Turns out I didnt need a new engine. So I saved over 7 grand getting a second opinion and going elsewhere. Just be weary and if you have doubts, get a second opinion. Have three thousand plus miles on my car on the blown engine

I have an older model car and would rather do business with independent shops than a crooked dealership. But its very hard to find a good honest shop these days. This shop is excellent. Upfront, honest, well kept shop, organized and offer really fair prices. I did some comparisons with a previous shop I worked with in the past, I wish I had known about this one a couple years ago so I could have gotten my cars brake maintenance performed by them.

The folks down at Lamp are pretty nice and seem knowledgeable. The work theyve done has been good and finished when they said it would be finished. I feel like theyre a little pricy and theyve never really knocked my socks off with anything. Maybe Im just a tough grader.

I initially was unhappy with our service but called and discussed with the owner. He was very understanding and listened to my complaints. We were able to resolve our issue and I am grateful for their customer service. During our conversations I never once felt like they didnt care which is rare to find these days in a service environment. I am happy with the outcome.
