12 yr. old KitchenAid, French Doors, bottom freezer died Friday night so we started looking at a replacement. Same model was $1700 on sale. Others were up to $2300. Did some web research and found clicking noise it made before dying might be capacitor or relay switch. Each was around $50-$60 online. Also nothing available to ship until following week. Called Petropoulos Parts today as it was holiday weekend and Costa said he had the parts. He told me to pull them as he could check the capacitor. I did, he checked and it was good. He gave me a replacement relay for $48 and said call him if that didn’t work. Well it did. He could easily had sold me another part but was not that kind of guy. He saved me $1500-$2000 in a new fridge. 4 hours later fridge was back to temp. Great way to start the week.

These guys are the best. Recommended by a friend. I had a faulty dishwasher and they were able to diagnose over the phone. They told me 2 options of parts to change. They even told me that I could source the part somewhere else for less because of a sale. They have earned a customer for life. Very honest business and friendly people. I was ready to buy a new dishwasher but instead was able to repair my old one for 1/10 the cost.

Do not go here. The owner is not a man of his word. A fellow business owner was being helpful to him and loaned him 4,000 dollars!!!! And the owner of petropoulos NEVER payed him back. What a freaking scammer. Dont trust this guy to fix your appliances without thinking of being scammed.

Ive been going here for over 20 years and they have been very helpful and great to deal with. I wish there were more mom and pop type places like this still around. If he doesnt have the parts or cant get them he can usually tell you where you can get them. He is very knowledgeable and will do what he can to help you out. As long as they are in business, they will always get mine!

Great place for getting parts as well as advice on repairing your own household appliances. If they dont have the part, they will order it for you. They really know their stuff. Also available appliance service and repair. Try them before deciding to discard your appliance.

I just bought a part from these guys on Saturday afternoon after they were already closed. They stayed open an extra 15 minutes so I could get over there and finish my dryer repair today. The dryer is now up and running. Good price and excellent customer service. Ill be using them again.

Been dealing with a broken dryer for a while now. Been to various appliance parts stores in the area and this was hands down by far my best experience. Very knowledgeable, very fair. Brought in my assembly he broke it down in his shop and told me exactly what my problem was. I will never go to another appliance shop again. Its no wonder why my dad has been using this place his entire life. Fantastic.

I had a bad experience at this place. First, I purchased two rollers for a dryer that was making a really loud noise, so I was recommended to purchase these rollers because usually this is the most common problem when the dryer is making a loud grounding noise. Well, it turned out that the rollers were not the issue and the owner did not let me return them back. Lastly, I also had an issue with my stove I described the issue to the owner and he said he would order the part and call me back when the part would come in, 3 weeks past by and I had to follow up to see if the part had come in. When I asked if the part was in, he no clue what I was talking about, and I asked him if he remember when I came in, his remark I cannot remember what happened a month ago, I can only take it day by day.This place was highly recommended to me, however I will never go back to that place, as the customer service was horrible.

This store has been there forever. They are so good, have inventory and knowledgeable help. I call, they help, and done! No waiting for shipments or the shipping cost. What a deal! I would start here. I cannot remember when they didnt have what I needed in stock.

Kosta helped me from A to Z. I had an older appliance that another store nearby told me I needed to purchase a whole new machine. I stopped in at Petropoulos and Kosta told me not to worry about a thing. He walked me through the whole process with detail of even every screw!!! I highly recommend them! My husband visited your store on Monday of this week. The gentleman who helped him with what he was looking for, a upper drum glide for our dryer. He quoted my husband $40 when in reality the original part on ebay is less the $18. We were just looking to buy some time by going to the store on his way to work in stead of wait for days, which get got today. My husband told him the price on ebay. The gentleman said, Go buy it then!!! My husband said, ok, thank you and left. Needless to say my husband wad much nicer then then I would of neen. Second bad experience there, trust me, wont happen a third!!!!
