This is the best beauty shop all around. Melissa the owner is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. She got so many great stuff in the store. Great prices great quality on the wigs the best wigs Ive seen in a long time. I pretty much buy everything in the store I say Im going to buy one thing and I end up buying everything. The makeup selection the lip gloss hair products everything is on point. Definitely I recommend everyone to come to the store and trust me if theres something you dont see there she can find it. I love her selection of wallets, bags and purses too. Hip young and chic.

Beauty City never disappoints me because they always have what I am looking for. I have shopped at Beauty City for years and love Melissa and all the staff. They are all very knowledgeable about items that I am looking for as I am always shopping from pictures of hairstyles that I want. Melissa is great for bringing in new hot items and I am always excited to see what she has - whether I am visiting the store of seeing her updates of new items on Facebook - everything ranging from costume jewelry, wigs, makeup, hair care products and hair galore (every kind and color that you may need). I especially like the fact that she offers custom wigs and custom colors. Beauty City is definitely my go to place for all of my beauty and fashion trinket needs.

Ive known the owner for over 25 years, at her first shop, on 120, I was new to the area, and she and I hit it off, so I continued to shop at her store for years!, I got to know her family, and beautiful mom who still looks wonderful. She is lively, fun and multi-cultural friendly. Knows the business well and trends. She is very creative and picks items you dont see everywhere. She is an example for women, doing business well and right. She cares. I moved away, and last year I called her new shop, not knowing, and when she heard my voice, she knew it was me-wow! Impressive I was glad to find her again . Ive now gotten to know her daughter, she has taught her well-how to serve others. She is sweet. Any of the ladies there are. I love she knows her customers, what they like, will do her best to get them and she puts items up for me, since I live far out. Great family and business. STOP IN!

I been coming to Beauty City for over 13 years and this is the only beauty supply store I support. It’s like family walking into this store. Everyone there is beyond friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your visit a good one to have you come back. Even if you don’t know much about the products or what you need the staff there to help you and educate you on products in the store. Especially the wigs! I have a wig I been wearing for four years from this store and still in good condition because of the help I have got about how to take care of the wigs. This is the best beauty supply store in town! This place is awesome!!! I went yesterday afternoon after reading the positive reviews. The woman immediately greeted me and thanked me for coming in. She didnt hover behind me as I browsed or look at me suspiciously from behind the counter. When I couldnt figure out what crochet hair to get, I called her over and she went through the brands that they carried, examined my hair to get the best wave pattern and color match and recommended items to help maintain the hair. I also wanted a particular wig, and she gave me all of the specs on the wig, how it was manufactured, how long it should last, even explaining how I could incorporate my own hair into the wig to make it look even better. She was patient, friendly and very kind. I ended up buying more that my original budget. I will most definitely go there again!!!
