Just left this store and I will never be back! Had an issue with my phone and I was able to get more help by a T-mobile technician through Twitter then I got in this store. I waited with patience for an hour (got there at 7pm), then was told sir its after 8 and we are closed they didnt say that to the Spanish customers at the counter next to us. I have been with T-mobile for 15 years this was the worst experience I have ever had. I could write more but its not worth it. I will go elsewhere. I asked for the manager but they said she left early today thats why they have to work a double shift and they dont know when she would be back.

This has been my T-Mobile store for several years. The customer service here is fantastic. Kara will go beyond expectations to make sure the customer is satisfied. Her other team members Elia, and Fernando will go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a positive experience. If I could rate this a 0 I would! I was greeted with rudeness as soon as my mother, husband, and I entered today afternoon in search for a new phone. The lady screamed at us for holding up the door for the slow folks.

Garbage service took way too long and people dont know what their doing here.

Worst experience ever with Rafael and the manager not professional and were not honest. My mother went in to purchase an apple watch was given the wrong item she had to go back and was charged $50 to make the changed to what she originally wanted.

Employee name Fernando makes decisions for cñients without let them know, he canceled my exchange for a device after i went a couple times and he said that the manager wasnt there so he couldnt make the exchange, which T-Mobile said a manager is not the only one to make exchange, any employee can do it..

I purchased a iPhone 11 and (By the way I had no Intention on buying That particular phone at the time)Kara was very informational and had me sold! I’m in love it and just to add I still ended up coming back to the store again to buy the initial android phone also.(4my sis with) very pleasedPSA.They are very clean and respectable in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic.Kudos satisfied

Great customer service! Sadly, a rare thing these days. My husband and I came in to get help fixing his phone. Calls werent going through and it was acting out randomly. An Asian female employee (unfortunately, I did not get her name) was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. Not only she was able to fix the issues we were having, but she also explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable about technical side of things as well as plans offered. She even upgraded our plan because it was outdated. Ive already recommended this location to friends and family and will definitely come back here again next time we need to upgrade our phones or anything else. We left the store pretty stunned by how easy and pleasant our experience was. Simply outstanding!

Nice workers, this place has the best promotions. when I walked in to the store, two employees which was one lady and one guy were smiley came to me and welcomes me, they takes care of my bill problems and I even was able to lower my monthly plan with better data coverage service, they are super knowlegeble and understand customers pain point . I wish every store employees are like these two employees here trully help customers.

The sales rep, Joel was very kind and healpful. But, we went thru the worst time with the customer service! I was so frustrated, I gave up and gave the phone to Joel! I was ready to walk out! We have been a loyal customer for 13.5 years, and to go thru the hassle that we experienced yesterday, I honestly am thinking of changeing to another company! Great sales rep (Joel) but the headache we went thru with the customer service SUCKS! The problem was with my address somehow wrong on the behalf of T Mobil, my address is 3125 Woodland DR, Zion 60099. T mobile had 3125 Midland DR, Zion Il 60099! I hope this address change is taken care of! And we have no more problems after this! I feel that we should be compensated for all of this BS we experienced yesterday!
