They have no clue what theyre doing...Visited twice-First time the employee said go online and do it there. Deals not available in store (it was)Second time was with the owner and the following happened-bill came up completely different than what the owner of the store stated it would.Wrote us up for the most expensive plan when specifically requested the medium tiered plan.No clue how our credit for the buy a phone get the other 1k off will work.Did not know how military discount worked.Did not explain anything about how to get the $500 credit for switching.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store, go elsewhere.
They knew we were on a time crunch, they did everything they could within their control to expedite the transaction. Big shout out to Hector for the great experience.
The guys in the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate their patience with me as I was trying to figure out how to fix my phone issues.

After being with Verizon for years, going to the closest store. We hit the jackpot Hector Acosta and Carolina Aguilera are amazing. Hector spent time on the phone with me before our visit. I had everything we needed to make our trip unbelievable. He knew exactly what phones that would be compatible with our needs. Even if Covid-19 ends and the Verizon stores open we will be going to Hector Acosta for years to come. Dont waste your time go there for the quality customer service you have not had in a long time. Cant thank you enough.
Rep wasn’t trying to help at all, didn’t want to access my account, didn’t believe the account belonged to me even tho I had my ID,social, and the card I currently have autopay enrolled and I know my passcode to my account. There were so many missed opportunities during my interaction with the gentleman that helped me out 01/18/21. No effort was made to offer me my options as far as getting a new device since my old one broke and I took it into the store broken. I had to go home and get a flip phone to put my sim in. I’m a sales rep myself, warm welcome, uncovering needs, offering solutions are what this store need. Never coming back sticking to the Gurnee location, since when are sim cards $10? I’d like someone to reach out to me please.

Terrible customer service. They will not help you if it costs them their time. I would not recommend using this store because if you are a Verizon customer that did not purchase your phone at this location, they will turn you away for their own benefit and lack of customer service.

🤠😒 🤔🤔🤔Verizon seems to have the most coverage Nationwide, but T-Mobile blows them out of the water in quality. I myself have AT&t, Ive been looking for a better deal, you will not get it at Verizon. And, if you are looking for service and doing it just because youll get a phone, buy your phone on Amazon, youll get a much better deal on it. Then go to the different stores and price out service. I have been to several Verizon locations in Lake County. They were extremely pushy and in a hurry to get you out the door. This specific location is hands down the BEST Verizon store I have ever been to. Excellent customer service, take their time and answer all questions, and very helpful if you have problems with your phone!

These guys ROCKED!!! We were on a strict time crunch having a sailor that had a curfew. These guys got a new phone purchase complete, transfer from one phone to another, and we were walking out the door in less than an hour. I can thank these 2 professionals.I was in Waukegan for business for a lengthy stay and lost my phone and all my contacts, they were great. They walked me through every phase I needed to do. I dont know what I would have done without them. They are the greatest salesmen I have come across in a long while. They know the products and take time to show you. The best part is when they show you, you know then what you can do with.a product then you dont mind buying a product you understand. My many visits have been worth it. Its not the stores fault, but dealing with Verizon is worse than dealing with the IRS. In my opinion, Verizon cooperation is staffed by liars. Best to be avoided, but really, in my opinion, none of the telecoms are any good.
This store is great, they helped me out with my phone I thought it was done, luckily they helped me out troubleshooting it and it works GREAT again

I went to Verizon Waukegan today and they help me with a huge problem I was having with my phone after the update the recent Oreo update and Hector over there help me get through it it took a while but now my phone does not drive me crazy anymore very helpful I recommend it

So glad this location opened up! The reps are FANTASTIC! Ive been to Gurnee, Skokie and Vernon Hills location and the service reps there arent personable like these guys. Customer service plus the convenient location for Waukegan residents will keep many loyal customers coming back! Thumbs up!!!

We were finally ready to make the move from prepaid to contract and we wanted Verizon because all of our family members have Verizon and we know that it is a company that we can trust. We began talking to Jorge in November about pricing and how much we would have to pay. He was very patient and very accurate with his pricing. We ended up waiting until the beginning of January to make the switch and we paid A LOT of money for 2 iphone 6s plus 128gb but it was well worth it. Jorge even ordered our iphones a few days before we came in and paid so that we would not have to pay and wait for our phones. He broke down our bills. Where everything was going what insurance to get. Just everything. We left feeling very good about our purchases even though we paid about $1700. It was a great buying experience and we did not feel pressured at all. Since switching to verizon we have had maybe two small problems that Jorge took care of right away. Outside of that everything has been great. I strongly recommend this Verizon store and suggest doing business with Jorge. He is not pushy and is not there to just get sales.
