Dr Schrieber and the staff are very professional. She has done surgery successfully on both my wife and me. I do recommend them.

Had been going elsewhere for 20 years but moved across from MEA. Had 1st appointment today. Took me right away. Very kind tech. Explained everything. Was very efficient. Explained what will be happening at next weeks appointment. Glad I found such a orofessional,friendly place.

Trouble with my left eye (to find that I had scratched it in 3 places). Called on Thursday morning and they provided me with an appointment that afternoon. Was seen promptly after arriving by the tech. Then, was seen by the OD shortly after where the scratches were diagnosed. Another doctor was brought in for consultation and a treatment plan was provided. Ointment and drops were provided and a follow-up visit scheduled.Basically, they provided me the services I was seeking promptly, competently, and professionally.

Went here for 5 years or so. I didnt feel they valued me as a client nor my time. Every appointment I had was delayed and late, making me wait 30-60 minutes even though I was always on time for my appointment. Keeping patients on schedule is just common professional courtesy, especially when one must take time away from work to attend the appointment. They always seemed to be overbooked with too many people at once. After they were 30 minutes late AGAIN today, I was done with them - I asked for my records and walked out. I suggest you look elsewhere, as I will.

As a medical professional myself, it was extremely upsetting that absolutely no introduced themselves, especially as this was a new patient examination. The person who I assume was a tech didn’t even have a name tag on AND did the whole visual eye exam. I was only with an actual optometrist for maybe 5 minutes. Horrible patient care quality. I will not be going here again.

I went here today for the Annual Eye Exam and felt they dont value what you say during testing eyesight. I kept saying I can read the last 20/20 line but it is blurry and they said if you can read it is good. I am not sure how they are able to provide a prescription if someone says its blurry.. I wasted my Insurance money on the testing here. Physician dont have time to test your eye sight but it is done by someone else. I have been many clinics and no one says no to PD for your prescription but here they dont care.

DR Compton is a great guy always very sincere and actually listens to your questions and or concerns, takes his time with you and makes sure that you do not feel rushed or just a number makes you feel comfortable and important. He is also a very respected DR in his field and takes his proffession very seriously its nice to observe his interactions with the other health care professionals (nurses) as he is respectful to them and they are back to him, if we would all take note of this we could leave our neighbors with a clear view of brighter days ahead, kindness and compasion goes a long way and it is contagious so do your best to spread the word!!! Dr. Compton was wonderful. I had a perfect experience from the initial consult for cataract surgery through my follow up visit. I highly recommend Medical Eye Associates.

Used to see Dr. Lochen for about 25 years and he retired. Now I see Dr. Butler. Her and her staff are professional, concerned about my situation, and nice. I highly appreciate this bunch! 👍

Called for appointment on a Thursday, saw the doctor the following Monday. Great care and waiting room time was short!

The doctors are professional but purchase your glasses elsewhere. I just waited 20min to order glasses when the employee skipped me and a second family waiting after me to help a women that had just walked in.

I’ve tried calling this office four times this week and have been unable to get an answer or response from any of the receptionists to make an appointment as a new patient. Looks like I will not be going here considering they cannot answer their phones for over twenty minutes and I cannot even make an appointment

Even if you call 2 months in advance to when you want to schedule they will not have any availability.
