The vision center is fabulous! I am sad that I had to change over to another provider because of insurance —- the team at this Vision center is absolutely awesome!!!! Especially the assistants and techs!!! Customer service is always on point!

I had just gotten new lenses installed in my glasses Saturday, at the nearby Pearle Vision, but had one lens that was a dead lens (made but missing its prescription); causing me to have to use 2 rubber bands to hold my old lens over the right sides new lens so I could see. Pearle Vision isnt open on Sunday, so I was screwed! However, in a panic I went to Walmart on Sunday and the fellow working at the optical department, 11 AM Sunday morning, was able to swap out my lenses quick (putting the old one back in till I can get to Pearle), allowing me to see again. I am under the belief Walmart Optical has Guardian Angeles employed there. 😊 🙏

Great experience from start to finish. Able to get an appointment right away. Very friendly and knowelegeable staff. Bonnie was absolutely fantastic. Reasonably priced frames. I couldnt recommend this place more.

Dr Scheel is absolutely amazing! One of the best doctors I have had. However, some of the staff can be very unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes early per usual for all my appointments. After I walked away a staff member proceeded to talk about how early I was to another staff memeber with a rude tone like I somehow affected her life. I wanted to say “Um I can hear you!!!” Don’t work in patient care if you don’t like people.

Dr Scheel was a good lady but she had little bit of an attitude but she change when my mom was red but her staff acted like her rude and a very bad attitude and the docter was there and he was just standing there like an idiot just staring at me and my mom acting like he was doing something but the only think he did just grab glasses and raised like it was simba then like couple of second he look at us to letting you know it was a bad experience .

Dr. Scheel is wonderful hes always kind and remembers the slightest details about your life that make it a more comfortable experience. Everyone elses that works there is also great except for one woman named Vicki. She was very rude to me and it understanding of the situation I was in. She proceeded to give me a very condicending and rude tone in her voice when I told her that my mother wanted to pay with a rewards card and would be coming in within the hour. Then she would not let me leave until I paid and since I had already been there for over an hour I decided to pay. When finally paying and wanting to just leave the horrible experience she mentioned, Its just ten dollars. To this I wanted to say Im a student I pay for school and live in my own apartment ten dollars means something to me that couldve gone to my books or bills. I wish that this experience hadnt happened because I do appreciate the doctor and the other wonderful staff that treated me with kindness and respect.
