One of the best and most thorough eye exams I have seen so far. Optometrist, Ashley, was very friendly and took the time to explain things and answer questions. The staff in the shop were all very friendly. I had a great experience.

Clean, friendly and were very helpful 😌 I have 3 kids and staff was kind enough to keep an eye on my 2 oldest ...Im so appreciative. Also nice selection of glasses 👓/🕶👌. Also take State assurance. Thats a plus very difficult at times to find places that do. Thanks again. 😊

Highly recommend. I’ve been to Lens Crafters and Wisconsin Vision and had nothing but issues and wasn’t happy. Shopko Optical was very helpful and friendly. The issues I had with the other stores was getting the progressive correct. Shopko Opitcal got it right the first time on both pair of glasses.

We used to go to a different eye doctor but Im so glad we changed. Everyone in the store is always smiling and so nice. The doctor is very knowledgable and great with people (and kids). My whole family loves going here!

This place is amazing the staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help. My glasses came in and Flora ( Soo amazing ) dropped them off at my house cuz she knew I couldnt see nor drive without them 😁❤️ she said she would be out my way anyway and would drop them off ☺️

Being an old customer of LensCrafters, I was blown away by Shopko Optical. Everyone inside is kind and welcoming. I even had insurance issues that they were able to help me with. Doctor Ashlee explained everything perfectly regarding my eye health! I learned a couple things I never wouldve! By far, one of the best providers for eye care in Waukesha. Will be recommending to friends and family!.

Dr. Finnell is truly wonderful. Ive had glasses for 15 years and never met an optometrist who cares and listens like she does. The rest of the staff here is very friendly and helpful as well.

OUTSTANDING! This is still understated!! This location has the friendliest, knowledgeable, helpful people working there. You will go in apprehensive but leave with not only what was said to be a good deal, it will actually be a GREAT DEAL! You will understand what you paying for and for what without your head swimming trying to keep track of this price and that price. Perfectly laid out in understandable language and terms. I also dreaded going to the eye doctor because of the headache I got trying to figure out what was a good deal with or without insurance. Very stressful experiences - not here. Friendly hello greeting when walking in, no other pressures, take your time let us know if you have any questions. Awesome experience! Ended up purchasing 3 pairs of glasses, new prescription regular glasses, prescription sunglasses and finally prescription safety glasses for my job as I was tired of wearing over the glasses style. Didnt like the lenses in the safety glasses, returned and it was taken care of without question, more importantly no extra charges! The next best thing to the service and hospitality is that I left the store knowing what I bought, what I paid and it didnt break the bank, even without insurance being used. I will never shop anywhere else for my glasses going forward! I will even probably get them more often than every 5 years now since the experience is no longer stressful! Everybody should at least check this Shopko Optical location out for a great deal! Keep up the great job! A very satisfied 1st time customer!! (but not the last time)

Wonderful. Walked in to get my first eye exam. I was seen by the optometrist promptly and received a thorough and comprehensive examination.

I will never go anywhere else for eye exams and glasses. Dr. Haefs is really nice and warm and he was extremely thorough at explaining EVERYTHING, I didnt leave with any questions and felt confident that my son and I had the correct eyeglass prescriptions. Now how do I know that the frames are going to look good and fit properly? Because of Holly and Hannah thats why!! They were so helpful and knowledgeable! I said that I didnt want certain lenses because of the cost and I didnt feel pressured or guilted into buying what I couldnt afford. Both ladies were hilarious and kind and warm and treated my son and I like theyve known us for years. I cannot say enough about Dr. Haefs, Hannah, and Holly they were all just absolutely amazing. And a bonus? They have a pretty darn good selection of frames. Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else but Shopko Optical for exams and glasses.
