My 72 year old mom called to get parts for my sons birthday, and the lady was very rude and disrespectful to her. She asked why it was so much more expensive than other places, and she told her the part was rare and to go find it elsewhere and then hung up on her. Never had a problem until now, and we will never buy from them again!
