I’ve been using Walmart auto center as the only place to change the oil on my vehicle for several years and never been disappointed, there has been times that I had to wait a little longer but nothing to worry about. I’m so happy that they re open after being closed for a long time period during the pandemic. Very good service and nice people

We were in desperate need of a battery, the gentleman in the auto department was very helpful. He put us at ease that we would be back on the road before we knew it! Sure enough, off we went with a new 3 year battery for 100$ cheaper than any part store on town. Thanks to the nice man,whose name I unfortunately didnt get.

Seems to take s little longer than some other quick change specialty shops ie..oil/tires but the prices are much cheaper and you can shop while you wait !!J.T. Waxahachie, Tx.

I went here to get my oil changed May 28, 2018 and I must say I was very disappointed. Besides waiting well over an hour for service (with only 2 other cars parked ahead of me), they left oil stained shoeprints all over the carpet on the driver side and and the receipt it says the vacuumed my floors. They are NOT vacuumed! If they are this careless about these things, what else are they careless about? Did they actually use the oil I requested? Did they actually change out my filter? I guess Ill see over the next 3 months.

Came in for quick lube and mrs Raven checked me in. Very nice lady got my information and i proceeded to a quick shopping trip and before i was done the car was ready. The whole event took less than an hour and I was satisfied. thanks guys

I go here all the time for oil changes and now Im getting my tires from there rotated and balanced. Cheaper than discount tires and I paid $10 extra for road hazard so they can be replaced or fixed without charge. It takes a bit though so expect to be there for a while.

Oil change and rotation. One tire was correctly rotated. Had them correct but the process took entirely too long with no car in front of me.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly. They went the extra step to make sure I was taken care of. Both a manager and a technician stayed after hours to complete my job. They explained to me what needed to be done in a way I understood and completed the work promptly. If I had to complain about something, the technician left grease residue on my inner door panel,I wiped it off with cleaner and a rag... no big deal.

I would like to start off with if it was possible to give a 0 star rating I would rate Thier service at a negative 5 stars. The wait was over two hours for a simple oil change. After waiting the full 2 hours i was then told they could not complete the oil change. The personal we’re not knowledgeable and very rude.

Its hard to imagine having a positive experience at anything associated with the brand. One day before this experience, I was committed to never darkening another Walmart doorway ...EVER. I broke down to save $30 on an oil change. They under-promised and over-delivered.

Fast service, but the door handle, steering wheel, and drivers side inside door panel was dirty and greasy from someone’s hands touching it. This was a new and recently purchased 2019 vehicle and they left it all gross after I had just cleaned it.

This place is gawd awful. If you care about your vehicle at all, it would probably be best to never step foot in this place. It just seems like they dont know what the hell they are doing.

The gentlemen here were not only patient and persistent with my tire concerns on my car, but, they all had the best customer service communication and skills, that I havent seen, in a very long time!

Took my car to get the oil change and they called me to tell me that they couldn’t change my oil because they don’t have a small enough tool to open it ... like what...? And I’ve been here before so it made 0 sense.

Waited over 2 hours just for a tire change. Along with not receiving the tires that were ordered for my boyfriends truck that were said to be here.

Waited 3 1/2 hours for tire rotations and an oil change. When I got in my car there was greasy hand prints all over the inside of the drivers door and my center consel. I must admit I do take my vehicle there if service all the time. This is the first time my car was returned to me in such poor conditions.

They were extraordinarily slow. It took over an hour just to replace my battery.

Was the only car in line to get my tire repaired and Im still here and my car is still the only one in line and its been 2 hrs....
