Well my headlight bulb was only in double paks at orallys autoparts but at autozone had the single wasnt that expensive either.

I love this place!! They go above and beyond exspectation as far as customer service goes. Always there to help you out, even go help you with the car like outside and get dirty and everything just know that you have the right part and your car leaves out of there running right!! Thanks Auto Zone!! Your my car parts store for life!! Highly recommend

Pretty quick service, only had half the parts I needed.

I needed a battery trickle charger and they were great. My only problem is that I received a 5 dollar off coupon due to being a member. I didnt have my card because everyone can look my account up with name and/or number. I said I could pull the coupon up on my email and they denied it. They said I had to have my card for them to swipe. Yes they were able to pull up my info just not able to take the 5$ off. The people are really nice and they work with you. I just dont like the policy.

Customer service is decent, if you want your points you ussually have to tell them yourself. They have a good selection to browse but 70% of the time they dont have vehicle specific items. Also Ive asked them to lookup a light and have been told wrong twice.

I had to log in from a different account because I didnt want to edit the 1 star review I gave the other day on the girl in there - I think her name was Diane, terrible, rude and scathing attitude. I went back for another issue and had planned on avoiding her and I got a girl named Tiffany who had the greatest attitude and didnt mind helping me with an issue that I had. I had bought a can of r134 at the store in Midlothian and the connector was faulty and she gave me another can after we checked it on my Truck and she did all this with a good attitude. She even made sure there wasnt a big price difference in the product and called me back to let me know. I dont understand why people cant just be in a good mood like her and customer service is all about attitude. Thanks Tiffany for doing a good job!

There were only two, clearly overworked, people behind the counter. There was about 10 people waiting in line, and the phone was ringing off the hook. They were doing the best they could, but shame on AutoZone for having them work so short staffed.

Needed some batteries warrantied for a customer. These batteries were on their last leg. Dan at the waxahachie location told me they didnt need to be warrantied since they tested good but one was on its last quarter of life. The other stunk really bad. I proceeded to ask him so your denying the warranty even tho theyre under warranty still and my customer is going on a long trip? He kept telling me that they didnt need to be warrantied. Needless to say I ended up getting them warrantied by another young lady that works there anf truck runs great now. Very not happy with AutoZone. And will probably never go there again with that poor customer service.

The clerk who was helping with my battery was not any help. I needed a cloth to clean my hands, didnt have one. Asked for gloves and he didnt know where they were at but found them. I disconnected the battery then removed it. Had to use a socket set which another Tech was using to remove block. The other tools I used were mine. He pulled a new battery which was to large so I told him to give me the same type that I took out. Once that was settled I put the battery in myself. Went in and paid for it then left. I had bought the battery from them to begin with or I would have gone somewhere else. The warrenty had already expired.

I am not going back. I walk in and ask a worker, who is just standing around talking to another worker, that I need to replace my headlight. She tells me to go and stand by a pod and wait. After waiting by a pod for five minutes someone comes and grabs the person waiting in line behind me! Just ignored me! Then a couple minutes after someone comes and helps me. She grabs a bulb and bulb grease and after I pay for it she hands me the receipt and tells me to wait outside by my car. I end up waiting by my car for 30 minutes before I go back in and see what is taking so long. I walk in and the place is empty except for one other customer. The lady that helped me earlier sees me and asks where my bulb is. She never gave it to me and apparently someone had put the bulb back on the shelf and they had forgotten about me! With no one else in the store except for one other person you would think they could remember me. Finally after they check out one more person, she comes out to my car. She looks at it for a minute, says she does not know how to change a bulb on my type of car. I was so upset. She refers me to someone else. I go there and they tell me that I did not even need to buy the bulb grease. Never go to this auto zone!! They are unhelpful and will oversell you products and then forget about you!

I have always gone to Autozone for my car needs and was happy to see one in Waxahachie when I moved here. Been very happy with this location. Once I bought a battery and the staff member took off the core charge because I told him I was changing it in the parking lot. I brought in the old battery and dropped it off without issues. Another time I bought halogen light bulbs. I didnt know you should wear gloves with them, but would have found out when I looked up how to change them. The lady that helped me made sure I had my gloves before leaving. Saved me a trip back to the store. They will continue to get my business with customer service like this.

Long wait. Its only one person that knows what they are doing in the store. One lady takes her time with NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Plus one lady had a dog in the store while she was working.

I went in to Auto Zone to get a new fuse for the turn signal in my dads car. I got help right away when I walked in, but I was given the wrong fuse. The guy who helped me seemed new so I wouldnt put too much of the blame on him, but I hate having to go back and get a refund. All of my car smart friends (some being actual mechanics) say OReilys is a lot better quality for the price and almost never mixes up parts.

Waxahachie- super friendly staff

Early in the morning aint bad or during the week but come weekends you cant hardly get anyone on the phone, if you do, youre on hold for 10 minutes, and lines out the door. Bonnie is one of the shining stars here so if you have to go in hopefully she is the one that takes care of you.

They are slow. They help the customers but they are not very friendly. They didnt habe what I needed so they tried to convince me to use something different that would nit work for what I was trying to do.

Got my battery in and I was gone speedy.

We were in waxahachie from central Louisiana to move our son out of the dorms at SAGU and our truck was having problems. We thought we needed just a new battery but by the time we got to Auto Zone the truck died and wasn’t going anywhere. The battery terminal had corroded through and a few other things that were beyond our “expertise”. This was Saturday afternoon when repair shops were closing or already closed. We didn’t know what we were going to do. Thanks to Mr. Daniel (the manager) and a red headed young lady whose name we didn’t get and especially Jeremy, we were able to fix it that day and for a fraction of the cost. Thank you thank you thank you is not enough to convey our appreciation. They all 3 helped us and were so nice. They didn’t treat us like they had other things to do and made sure to help us out through to the very end.

Worst AutoZone I have ever been to. Every time I walk in I tell myself this is the last time. Today was the last straw. Stand in the store for 25 minutes before helped, even that was an ordeal; computer said 10 in stock, none was on the shelf. Since I was there I didnt want to leave empty handed, went to check out and the clerk was stuffing his face.This level of unprofessionalism, and filth in the store. I just left. I am going to Oreillys from now on.

Shop there all the time great place for parts

Get in my car this morning and my engine light is on. So I go to AutoZone like always have in the past. Walk in its sprinkling outside; nothing heavy. Let the guy know I need to see what code my engine light is coming on for. He tells me we dont check codes when its raining; cant get the machine wet. (The handheld machine plugs into the car inside the car by the way) I say okay I will go across the street. (OReillys is across the street) He says okay. I drive over the OReillys tell him what I need and he says let me get my jacket. No problem. The guy hooks it up inside my car and lets me know whats going on so now Im not worrying about what it could be; now I can make a plan to take care of it. Told the OReillys guy he has a customer for life. On my bad day they still were there to try help it get better. AutoZone needs to take some notes on improving their customer service. The last couple of years it seemed like it had been slipping but today was the last straw. Disappointed. If you want customer service checking out OReillys across the street or jist about any auto parts store in town but AutoZone.

I would give a 0 if I could. I went in recently and used the bathroom and left my Costa sunglasses in the ladies room. When I left I wasnt far and realized I had left them, so I called to tell them about it and that I was coming right back. I forgot the mans name, but he was a Caucasian male with tattoos that I had spoke to on the phone. I had told him I left my expensive sunglasses in ladies room if he could just go get them until I get there. My mistake was even calling because the young man said there was no sunglasses and mind you there was NO women in there shopping when I was there or left just female workers and him. So either he took them or a female worker, but this man was very rude to me when I wasnt even being rude. I asked him that I wanted to see the cameras to see who went In the bathroom after I left and if I could see anyone walking out with them. He then gets very defensive saying he didnt steal them and that they were lost. I said yes I did leave them here, but they were stolen from here. He was so rude and defensive that made him look so guilty. I even tried to call back once I left to get his name and I was hung up on, put on hold etc .... WHY would you treat a human being this way, especially if you have nothing to hide or feel guilty about. He was rude from the very beginning and you just know sometimes when someone is lying and that worker was lying. I made a police report, but ofcourse they didnt do anything, so please go to a different auto zone where you are treated fairly at the least. Btw the mans name was Kalow or Caleb. Something along those lines and trust me he is one of the rudest males Ive ever encountered. I wouldnt say man because a man does not behave in a manor that he was behaving.
