The issue I brought the car in for was fixed. The problem is I found that my gas door was damaged along with scratches on that panel. I addressed this with the owner immediately and told him his insurance could always get with the towing company that took pictures prior to leaving it at the shop to figure out where damage occured. He told me I needed to get 3 estimates to get to his insurance to fix the issue.Did that for him and after bringing the estimates to him he began to actively avoid the situation. I went to the shop and called multiple times, he was not there. He knows I showed up. His employees were there and theres no question that would be relayed to him. Its a small shop, he asked them about the damage the day I brought it up, they recognized me and knew what was going on, and this isnt an issue where it just slips your mind.In hindsight,Originally I dropped my car off and it took them a week and a half to get it back to me. Which was unusual. I figured it was the end of the year so schedules can be different. I called a few times and they hadnt gotten to it or they didnt even answer the phone. One of those evenings I went by to see if my car had the look of having been worked on. The car was locked in the shop it wasnt outside. Recalling the original conversation with the shop owner he tried to say maybe the damage was someone trying to get some gas from my car. At this point I feel he knew and didnt want to take responsibility. So maybe theyre a good place to go if you dont end up having the situation Im in.
You get that just say YES YES YES and tell you a price that never sticks. These guys truly have the knowledge and experience to back up what they tell you. Ive never been more impressed by a mechanic that is as honest as this group of guys. Ive witnessed first hand another customer walk in explaining to them that the dealership told them they needed a new transmission and the Owner of this shop, diagnosing the issue and telling them it wasnt that they need a transmission, that a $100 part could fix their issue. Most would try to sell them a lot more than what they needed but this is truly one of the best companies Ive ever dealt with.
Cody and the team at All Pro always take great care of my vehicles. Some of them are pretty weird hybrids and very old. All Pro provides honest work at reasonable rates.
I’ve had trouble finding a trustworthy mechanic for some time. Other places would over charge, wouldn’t do the job right the first time, or be disorganized and dishonest. That’s not the case with All Pro Technicians. The guys focus on getting it done right and making sure any of your questions/concerns are taken care of. Would highly recommend.
We have been going here for years! Cody is someone you can trust to give you a quote and stick with it and if there is more to it will personally call and talk with you before he does anything. His pricing is fair and is honest! Thanks Cody!
Cody and team always do quality work every time we have a need. They are professional, courteous, and trustworthy! Highly recommend them for your auto repair!
