This location is one of the newly renovated locations. Offering many more upgraded items than previously available. Not only offering Walmarts standard variety but many new higher quality, diverse options, greater selections and variations of standard hardware, housewares and home care/pharmacy needs. Upgrades self checkout and expedited self check out lanes were also available. Facility was clean. Well organized. Easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and very customer service oriented.

Unlike most Wal-Marts Ive been to, they had a full staff who were very helpful. Things made sense

I placed a grocery order for pickup. Pickup was great. But some of my items were out of stock. There is construction going on in the store right now. I had to run in for a couple quick items and all the aisles were moved away from where they go. I cant wait to see how the store looks when the construction is done!

Oh, way to go Wal Mart. Bought a rake. Only one cashier at check out and she was inundated, so I went to *self check out* (read unpaid labour). Put my money in and got two dollars back. Waited for change and nothing was forthcoming. Called someone over, she checked and told me there was no change in the machine. Nothing; which implies it had been like that for a while. Strangely enough, I hear theres NO CHANGE in any of the surrounding machines either. Nice way to grift money from your customers. I wish I could give this store a minus one posting, and not just for this instance.

No helping the customers. Lack of Merchandise and plenty of empty shelves. ..Corporate offices could be more efficient and helpful on the storefront sites.. you sit in your ivory towers.. while your staff and especially your customers make do.....

Went Oct 9 around 10-11 pm I wanna say only to find who I assume was a manager named Felicia ( I believe that’s what the name tag said) making another employee cry then continuing to yell at said employee about crying and getting into her personal space in the apparel section. If she was already intimidating a young employee assuming Felicia is a manager I did not feel comfortable trying to help confront or aid in case it would make it worse for the already crying employee. No one ever answers any of the phones when I tried to reach customer service and it’s not the first time I have tried calling up there without a response for other previous issues. I can understand the construction and rearranging of the store but not the disrespect and blatant intimidation I witnessed last night and I can only hope the young employee that was crying is alright.

Sorry to say, its a hot mess right now. The employees are willing to point you in the right direction though. It seems Wal-Mart is no longer offering the cash back option at checkout.

Absolutely love Walmart. This one is great for meats. The one in Stephenville is where I get my Dr Pepper and Pure Life water.

It was cool just dont like being harassed for loose change, soliciting donations or being hounded by AT&T or Spectrum Cable representatives persuading me to sign up for their service. All Im trying to do is buy some toddler pull-ups. I just wanna get in and get out without being bothered.

Again shelves not stocked. Having to go back and farther every day just to get what I need because shelves have not been reshocked. Shockers standing with products talking to other employees instead of working or own their phone.

Pretty good Walmart, easy to find things and easy checkout, plus if your ever in Texas, remember there is no GROCERY TAX.

I only gave it a one star because I couldn’t leave a review if I didn’t. They s deserve a negative million review. Don’t bother to order your groceries for delivery because they can’t ever get it right and they don’t contact you when there’s a problem. They take your money out of your account but you have to wait up to seven business days to get it back. I ordered for a two hour delivery after waiting 3 1/2 hours, I call 2-800-Walmart only to find out that they don’t have a driver. HELLO!!!! My phone number is on my order!!! It would have been nice to have received a phone call!!! Walmart does not know how to give good customer service. They define the word sorry. I wish they would go out of business. I will no longer use them!!!

This store is the absolute worst! Twice I have ordered delivery from this waxahachie store and both times the orders weren’t delivered. And good luck reaching anyone at the store to help you. They don’t answer the phone or hang up on you.

Definitely not liking this Walmart. Came to store around 10:54. The gentleman or lady CSR would not let me in to get 1 item. Even though it says open till 11. Doesnt make sense.

Im new to the area and this is one the most well stocked locations! Ive been able to find items that I had been searching for over several months. They have a great personal/self-care section as I do my own manicures and pedicures.

They were in the middle of remodeling so there were quite a number of unstocked ssds shelves. Ok otherwise.

Ive had them make copies of our house keys twice and they never got it right. Seriously need more training in that area.

If you say youre going to help someone do a carry-out, only to disappear the moment you are needed, you get one star. When management will not resolve such a simple issue, you get one star. The only reason this Walmart gets two stars is because their pharmacy is great.

I always try my best to not have to go into Waxahachie Walmart simply because the management never trys to help the customers when they have a problem, and they have the worst rules if your getting a money order over 999.00 then you have to show and I.D like why you cant trace cash money. Anyways Im forever going to HEB or Target

Huge store, has everything you can ever need. The Great Value brand chips were not stocked or they were out. Had there Shank Hams on clearance. Employees were helpful when I stopped them. I use the Walmart App for store locator to find items and you can also check the price by scanning the bar code now. Extremely helpful.

Me and the Waxahachie Walmart have some serious history together and have always had a love hate relationship. I stayed away from this Walmart for a couple of years, and when I finally started venturing back, everything was completely different! Which isnt a bad thing! Ill keep going back.

This location has consistently gone downhill over the past 10 years. Less variety, more spoiled food, i wont even buy meat or dairy here any more because Ive gotten so much spoiled food. Its a shame too, since its the only walmart in this town.

Hmmm, our walmart. Its okay. They seem to stay busy all the time. They improving. They got a long ways to go. But Ill admit I have come across some employees who dont mind going out of there way to help you. They must not live in our town. Our town even have the rudist teenagers. I guess they mom forgot to teach them to be polite.

I dont mind Walmart but what I do mind is them taking out all of their scanners so you dont really know what pressure paying for something unless you download the app and put the app on your phone with your email address and phone number and then the app still dont work for you to scan the thing you have to type it in so Walmart maybe do a better job at that

Some shelves are slim picking, yet pallets of stock have isles nearly blocked. Yet again some of the workers tend to congregate making it even worse!!

Huge Walmart well stocked shelves and clean. They have self checkouts and all. If I can point out an improvement opportunity then it is that I found products on the shelves which were expiring in less than a day without a markdown. Tip: always check the expiry date!

I was able to get all the supplies I needed to paint an out door wall mural for Taco Suave.

Never enough cashiers and I cant ever find anyone to help me when I need it. They also never get them to answer the phone. I literally have been home and called them and got so frustrated that they let the phone ring and didnt hang up drove to the store went into Walmart 351 stood in line at customer service asked and waited for the manager to come and when he came to discuss this issue I showed him that my phone was ringing his store for someone to answer the timer on my phone showed 56 minutes. I do however have to give it the manager. He tried really hard to make up for this problem by giving me the bakery item I was originally calling about. He said he would definitely discuss the situation with his staff. This happened about 4 months ago and unfortunately the same thing happened last week and now I dont even bother calling. Its much easier and less frustrating just to go to the store.

Very terrible customer service. I pushed the button for assistance and not only did Jonithen avoid me, but helped someone else instead. I asked him if him or anyone can help me and with such a hateful attitude he told me that he’s not apart of the electronics department and that no one could help me! Very rude and unprofessional! You can just feel the hate he has towards life and his job. He was also goofing off on his AirPods. It’s sad that some customer used the phone to call someone over. So if Jonithen is working get someone better to help you.

The last 2 times I went to Walmart I noticed theyre not disinfecting the carts anymore & only 2 carts left in store to grab. Probably 75% of their carts were outside & no one getting them inside.

Quick in and out, which never happens with Walmart. Thanks to the self checkout now you can get in and out much quicker

I love Wal-Mart for lots of reasons but theres also room for improvement too. I know thats at any job though. I appreciate all of the hard working employees for keeping our store open and still willing to work for honest wages. Thank you Wal-Mart employees! ❤

Its Walmart. Nothing spectacular. They were supposedly out of my lemonade, but I dont feel like the personal shoppers look very hard for special brands because I find it when I go inside.

Very very very disappointing that when I go to Walmart to purchase makeup. Of course the makeup is locked up in cages. The same incident has happened the last 3 times. Standing in the makeup aisle for 30-45 minutes waiting for someone to come unlock the cages. They have a bell that you ring for an associate to come. No one ever comes. I was told to contact someone in the Garden Center (did that) they GC cashier told me to go to Sporting Goods. Of course, no one there. I asked a random Walmart for employee to page someone she basically told me she couldn’t help me cause she was on her lunch break. I finally found a manager to assist. He then goes to the Garden Center to get the employee that told me to go to Sporting Goods. I asked her...I thought you couldn’t assist me? She replies...well I’m here aint I. Walmart customer service is horrible.

With Walmart you always know where to get what you need and you can do it with little or no interaction with others if you prefer. Its a bit chaotic when its busy because people dont seem to know how to act while operating a grocery cart... remember traffic rules apply in stores jk jk but this doesntreflect on the store only the experience. I often have a hard time finding or getting help from staff at this location in all departments except customer service/money center area. For most of my shopping I avoid this store but it does offer services and products no other retail locations in town offer.

I had a cart full of groceries and had to do self check out. No lanes open. This is the second time it happened. Thought it was a fluke/short staffed, but nope... Worker told me they are changing it to only self check out and will open lanes only if they need to.... so I checked myself out while the 2 workers played on their phone watching me.

No registers open and manager wouldnt open one. Enjoy self checkout. Doing their job and paying for the privilege
