Have some nice inventory but I feel like they are so expensive.

They have the cheapest options on nice shoes and the workers are great highly recommend if you are shopping for your kid

The head coach Zavier has excellent customer service skills. He has trained his staff to be very attentive towards customers, they’re really customer friendly! Love shopping at this location! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

We went on 6/8/2020 around 4:30. The two young ladies working there didn’t ask us if we needed help. When we asked for them to check sizes, it seemed like an inconvenience for them. The customer service was not all that great. I see So many positive reviews about some of the other associates, but again, the two ladies working when we were inside the store just didn’t want to give any assistance.

Zavier (Zay) is the manager here and he is amazing after driving from Arlington to the Dallas location inside of SW Center Mall only to get there and the store was closed early (for no reason) despite there posted hours they closed 30 minutes early. I called the waxahachie location, spoke to Zay and he was so pleasant over the phone. I came here and received the BEST service!!! Ive since returned twice and each time received the exact same service as before! Great customer service is key!!

Looking for a specific pair of shoes and this store was the only one close enough to get to without too much hassle. They held the ones we needed until I got there. Very helpful staff. I will shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Waited at the checkout desk for 10 minutes before a worker noticed me. They looked at me then went to the backroom for another few minutes. The store was hot. I wanted a shirt on sale and found the same exact shirt in a different color, but they wouldnt price match and wanted full retail for the shirt. I tried to talk to the manager, but he just came out and said Hey man, we dont price match. He didnt ask me at all what the issue was. Im not sure what the worker told him. I asked him if he was the manager, and he said he was one of them. I was going to buy a shirt for both my wife and myself, but I just put it all back and left. I dont think Ill be going back there. The service was terrible and they didnt seem to care at all.
