Great very beautiful lady at the jewelry counter that waited on me tonight which is 12/8 /2020 very nice very helpful I went up to her I thought she was a customer didnt know she work there and I asked for her face and she gave me advice which was came out to be nice and then when I walk do I saw her she worked at the jewelry counter that was like I didnt know you work here thank you for being so helpful and nice to me thank you we need people like that in the world give people they praised why they here and not negativity

Hey guys!! I went to this Sephora the other day with my girls and I basically was trying to get the right shade of foundation and when I asked for the sample they gave me a small amount of sample to not even cover the half of my face. The lady who was helping me kept rolling her eyes everytime I would tell her that I wanted the right tone. I just felt like I was bothering her rather than she wanted to help!! Like I won’t come back again there because they just wasted my time and didn’t help and gave too much attitude!!

Very disrespectful, bad customer service and rude workers. They made me and my friend stand for an hour at their store just because we wanted to return a concealer. The girl at the cashier gave the worst attitude and at the end she gave us the middle finger when her manager left. I would never go there again and if you guys don’t want your time and energy to be wasted DON’T GO!!!

Worse customer service ever! They dont help and they saw me lost as i was shopping for my mother and they were looking at me in a weird way. So much attitude and even when i asked for advice they were rude!! Dont recommend it!!!

I really like Sephora because of the variety of products and ease of purchasing several favorite brands at one location. My favorite stores are Willowbrook in Wayne NJ and 42nd Street in NYC. I was out of a few things and thought this location would be faster to zip in and out on a Sat morning. Surprisingly, the store is not clean or well stopped. More surprising is the rudeness and disinterest of the sales associates. Two sales associates were there but didnt say hi or come over to me or another shopper as we entered. When I asked for help locating a product, the sales associate several times asked me did she give you the color name or number? to which I finally responded who is she?. The sales associate looked at me and said oh, you mean this is for you? and then giggled to my face! I ended up locating what I needed on my own. I was then told theyd take my picture to do a color match and since I was already so uncomfortable by their behavior, I declined. As I approached the cash register to pay, another person came up and asked for help and I was left standing at the register at least 5 minutes before the other sales associate came over. I still ended up spending $200 there for convenience but in the future, Id take the extra time to visit the store location in Willowbrook - this seems more like the mini mart version of Sephora and I definitely wont go back.
